People have been theorizing about what would happen if Monoma Neito copied One For All since his quirk was introduced. The last battle this arc is between Izuku's team and Neito's team so we might finally get the answer. Here are the possibilities i can think of:

1- Neito's quirk allows him to duplicate and use someones quirk for 5 minutes but he can't use 2 quirks at once. OFA isn't a normal quirk and it's a fusion of 2 quirks so Neito might not be able to copy it.

2- Before passing down OFA, All Might explained that to receive the quirk Izuku had to train his body to be in top physical shape otherwise his limbs would explode. Neito doesn't seem strong physically so his body might not be able to handle the power of OFA and he could hurt himself badly if he tries copying it.

3- All Might could have been exaggerating when he said Izuku's limbs would pop off. Izuku was ripped after training for 10 months but nowhere near physical perfection. Neito might be able to copy the quirk and use the same way Izuku could at the beginning, suffering minor injuries from not being able to control it perfectly.

4- Neito copies the quirk and can use it normally with no other problems.

Considering that OFA doesn't include any inherent resilience to it's own recoil like other quirks Neito, if he can copy the quirk, is going break things he didn't know he had.

Doesn't Izuku need to consent for it to be able to transfer?
But Neito has been shown controlling quirks effectively before (Using Kirishimas hardening on just a small part of his body etc) if he doesn't go all out with OFA he should be able to use <10% of it without his body being destroyed, they have been to UA for a while and everyone have undergone harsh physical training

I actually thought that they could multiply One For All, so Neito copies it and then quickly passes it down to someone else. WQhat do you think?

I think he can copy it OFA ability is stockpile + transfer but he can't copy the power because the only thing he can copy is the quirk at its base form not the trained one.

There is no way that this is going to happen. One For All is a one of a kind quirk and should remain that way. Neito having the ability to give One For All to any character in the series would be too broken and would ruin the plot of the story. If anybody can have One For All the quirk isn't special anymore. Although I'd love seeing what Bakugo and Shoto would be able to do with One For All on top of their quirks.

This would be a way of making it not completely broken. Neito would be able to copy the quirk and transfer it but the ability wouldn't be useful for several decades until it has been transferred to multiple users and gathered power. But if that happened i don't see how it would be relevant to the current story line. Having One For All get copied would just take away from how special and unique the quirk is.

If Monoma can't steal OfA then he's getting stomped. 20 % Deku is not a joke. If Monoma can steal his quirk it can be said that it's even worse. A damaged Monoma against Deku fresh off a big W? Good luck. I'm more interested in how he uses his classmates quirks as a steam effort. This fight is going to be analytical as all hell.

He still need a knowledge on how to activate the quirk..Like clench your buttocks and yell smash..
    Otherwise its nothing..so
he won't injure himself and he won't use it.
