Til the next Zelda game lol

Seriously the game is nearly flawless. The only complaint I ever had with it was breaking weapons and shields lol

I'm kinda burnt out on it right now but I still need to do a lot for 100%, the game is just so huge. And I still discover new things everyday by browsing reddit
The weapons breaking was something holding me back from buying the game initially, but now that I have it I even like it! What's bothering me are the lags in certain areas and that there is no post-game Hyrule.

    The second DLC gives some character development to the most important characters, but all in all I also feel like it's not enough. ;-;

Ah my second favourite Zelda game (first being Majora's Mask). I love BoTW and have put well over 1200 hours into it.

I've pretty much 100%'d everything in the game other than the amiibo stuff, because I'm too poor, and they're hard to find.
Including all shrines, all Korok seeds, all main and side quests, all special items like the medals, compendium, and horse gear, all armour sets upgraded to tier 4 (minus amiibo clothing), all locations discovered, all unique food cooked (had to check online for this one.) both DLCs 100%'d, and Master mode beaten.

Man, I straight up played only this game for like half a year. XD

This is why we need a proper sequel :( although the open endedness of the game is totally worth the lesser focus on other characters, I was tired of Zeldas being so on the rails.

Yeah once you get the hang of them it gets so much easier!!

Just saw the annoucement for the sequel of Breath of the wild, it seems that Ganondorf himself will make his long-awaited return instead of his bestial incarnation.

OH MAN am I hyped for this.
Love that they kept the aesthetic and engine the same, as I think BoTW had the best artstyle the series has ever had, and it leaves precious development time for other things.
As a fan of the more darker Zelda stories like MM and TP, I really appreciate this trailer's tone and hope that it's a showcasing for the overall game. My boy Ganondorf looks to be finally back in a main game (Like seriously it's been over 10 years minus spin offs since we've seen him, no counting Demise or Ganon.) Can't wait to see some actual gameplay! :D

I've waited for this for around 13 years. :D

Imo this teaser looks very good and especially dark. After some research, I think this is actually TP Ganondorf because
    • TP Ganondorf was the only one who was killed by Link (and Zant) and wasn't sealed completely away. Hence neither the master sword banned him nor did it the 7 sages
    • If you look closely, TP Ganondorf actually braided his hair extremely and thus, it is very likely that he had long hair from the begin with
    • This weird-looking arm grabbing on "ReDead" Ganondorf's chest and it is quite interesting where this arm is grabbing him... This was actually the part in which TP Ganondorf was stabbed by the 7 sages and at the end, by Link. Perhaps this sealing technique works so fine because it hit TP Ganondorf on his most vulnerable part?
    • In the middle of the teaser, "ReDead" Ganondorf snapped his neck on the right side again and didn't Zant break Ganondorf's neck to kill him off? Imo this is an indication as well that this was TP Ganondorf who awoke again and the first thing he did was snapping his neck on the right point again.
Well, for more - and especially better - hints, I'd recommend you Zeltik's analysis about Ganondorf. And if that isn't enough for some people, then you should watch Nintendo World Report TV's video in which they explained it even better imo.

I agree with this theory, seems so logical now tbh. It also explains why Calamity Ganon had so much power. Imagine being sealed off and basically tortured for 10000+ years. It's gonna produce so much hatred and malevolence that even the Hero and the Princess can't deal with all that, despite Link having had the Mastersword. This means they have to deal with Ganon step by step. Until he is so weakened that they can defeat him for good. Which basically is already in motion since they defeated some Blight Puppets last part.
