    Might just be that the young guy used to be the no.3 then a new guy came along and surpassed him

    No.. The Top 3 archers which the latest chapter mentioned are the top 3 of all time... Remember... Bashuri the "God Bow" already retired but still counted as one of the best in china.

    I believe the strongest of the ten bows is great general level. But the problem is Hakurei was #3 while he is a 1000 man commander. He is still possibly current #3 but possibly a 5000 man commander now and general level strength just like Shin.

    From what we've seen, the brother duo is on the same or even above the level of their father. Just count the arrows that hit the target, the younger one said that the best bows managed to hit 9/10, while the brothers didn't miss a single arrow.

    Ten Bows of China

    The Ten Bows of China consist of the top ten archers from all of China. Originally, the Ten Bows was formed from the top ten participants of an archery competition held by King Burei of Zhao. They have an internal ranking mentioned by Haku Rei. The Ten Bows of China were introduced by Kou Rigen in the war of the Dakan plains.

    Kin Rei
    • Crowned champion during the first Ten Bows of China competition under King Burei of Zhao.
    • Was able to hit a target that was 500 paces away 8/10 times.
    Ba Shu Ri
    • State --> Wei
    • Known as the "God Bow"
    • Could hit a target 9 out of 10 times at 500 paces
    • Kill count of enemy commanders said to be over 100
    • Retired
    • Considered one of the top three within the Ten Bows of China.
    Haku Rei

    Senshu Bi

    • Extremely strong arrows with his arrows managing to pierce the shields of Ousen's bodyguards, which were made of iron forged in Chu (whose metallurgy skills are unmatched in all of China).
