    Well congratz to TPN for winning this one.

    Everytime I see a list of Japanese anime and manga awards I feel like the winners are so weird. Like I never know more than the one that I came for. :D

    The only other series that I'm aware of is "After the Rain" and that's only because I noticed the anime for it airing this season. Haven't watched it though xD

    I really hope we get an anime announcement for TPN soon as well ;_;

    That's nice for TPN ^^ Sales have been great as well. I hope this ends up being one of Jumps most popular series. Obviously the characters are a little younger and the art style isn't as flashy so maybe it'll struggle to be as popular as a series like My Hero Academia but the mystery element and overall plot are just so good.

    Really well deserved.

    For reference, this is the list of the previous winners:

    In the last 5 years: Mob Psycho 100, Haikyū!!, Be Blues! ~Ao ni Nare~, Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic, Silver Spoon.
    (all currently well known, aside Be Blues, I've never heard of that one before)

    Be Blues seems to have an anime too.

    An anime for Neverand is going to come for sure, but not because of this award, there have been other series which won awards and still have no anime.
    (like Dungeon Meshi, but its last volume sold on the same level of Nanatsu no Taizai and Tokyo Ghoul, 600k+ which is a solid figure, and Golden Kamuy has an anime adaptation for the next season, so there could be hope for it)

    I've heard somewhere that it's difficult for mangas that have little action, to have an anime, and let's be honest, grace field story lit though amazing, intersting and gripping is simply not action-packed enough for kids. And it's shonen manga after all.

    Edit.: This is why I look for awards like this, becasue they give that little push.
