She definitely experienced over 100 battles.
However, experiencing 100 battles is different from conquering 100 cities.
HSU has participated in a lot of battles but we can count the number of times they were involved in the conquering of a city.
This is not even the same with what Kyou was doing, i.e leading the army that conquers the cites.

To some degree yes, but they aren't always hand in hand. A general/GG can be involved in a battle but not be involved in the actual defending/ capturing of a city.
    • Kanki in the previous arc was going for the hills
    • YTW right now is in a battle that doesn't involve her conquering a city.
    • Ousen right now is fighting Riboku but their battle right now is not for a city. They are just stopping each other from advancing to the goal of conquering/reinforcing the defenders of the city.
    • In the coalition war, Qin generals and GG were defending.

Well, 100 Battles won, requirement belongs to earlier time. It's Ei Sei's reign. He understands the gravity of current situation, time is running out. It's his foresight that he's using new generation for more harsh and demanding battles. For the purpose of polishing them. It's not far. The moment to revive The Great General system of Qin.

Conquering city is a type of battle. What are you talking about?

In my honest opinion, the 100 battle that Ouki spoke of is a figure of speech. Meaning that you need a great experience to be able to take the responsibility of 6GG.

All conquering of cities are battles but not all battles are conquering of cities.
    • There are defense battles
    • There conquest battles
    • There are capture the flag battles. The one Kanki did last arc where they raced to see who will capture the centre hill fight.
    • There are the battles like HSU has where they just go to different battlefields and help out
    • etc
So Kyou had 99 conquest battle. However, it is obvious she had more than 100 battles in total. When you add the conquest battle to the defence battles and any other battle she might have had that is not one of the aforementioned 2 types, it is obvious she had more than 100 battles in total.

In my head I read the part you wrote as Kyou conquered 100 cities instead of 100 battles.
Your original post had Kyou conquered 100 cities, so it was still stuck in my head when I read this post
