    Head on clash. Both Ouki & Riboku know about each other & there isn't any additional army lying in wait.

    Ouki Army -- 1,08,000 soldiers
    • Ouki --> 10,000 HQ soldiers
    • Tou --> 20,000 soldiers
    • RokuOMi --> 20,000 soldiers
    • RyouKoku --> 20,000 soldiers
    • RinBou --> 10,000 soldiers
    • KanOu --> 10,000 soldiers
    • DouKin --> 10,000 soldiers
    • HSU --> 8,000 soldiers

    RiBoku Army -- 1,10,000 soldiers
    • Riboku --> 10,000 HQ soldiers
    • Houken (one man show) HQ
    • Keisha --> 20,000 soldiers
    • ShunSuiJu --> 20,000 soldiers
    • BaNanaJi --> 20,000 soldiers
    • ShinSeiJou --> 20,000 soldiers
    • RiHaku --> 10,000 soldiers
    • KouSonRyuu --> 10,000 soldiers

    Why did I think this said 1,080,000 vs 1,100,000.

    Now to answer your question Ouki wins but not because he’s better than Riboku but because his subs are.

    TBF one can argue Riboku's deputies are better than Ouki's.

    Riboku/Houken - Ouki/Tou , just this i'll give it to the Qin pair
    Keisha -??
    Shunsuiju- Shin or Kyoukai, will give this to the Qin side as well, but depends on who matches up with him

    I'll give the fight to the Qin, dependent on if Tou goes all out
