Since this is a team game, faction leaders and assistant leaders can request a member of their faction to be removed. Why? The team earns as the team does, inactive members earn "Bounty" for doing nothing, is it fair to the more active members? Inactive members are those who have either not taken the initiative to participate in an event, or just choose not to do so. Bounty can be used for many interesting things which are mentioned in this page (http://orojackson.com/pages/bountypoints/), and we think only those who work hard should earn bounty via DBF. Once a faction leader or assistant leader asks for a removal of a member, they must state a valid reason and the member will be removed. The member may re-join a faction again, but if they do they will be warned to stay active or risk not earning Bounty at the end of event. I've seen members join a faction, but not help their faction by doing their little bits on any events. The events aren't rocket science, and it's a team game. Slacking at times, is acceptable no one can dedicate 100% time towards their faction, but slacking all the time is not appreciated. Tagging faction leaders @Rex @BlackChaosNL @Ruffeh @Saiken @Bluue @Sengoku Also, if a faction leader isn't standing up to the requirements or is heavily inactive, I will personally remove them from your leadership position, a leader is meant to lead, it is saddening to see a faction leader, not take part in a single event on Island 2. However busy you are, at least making one post to cheer your faction on is the least you can do and the least I expect you to do.
