    Physical Description:
    Short, blonde, bright-eyed, and sometimes mistaken for someone younger than he is, Wafer doesn't look like much at a glance. Among many of the tall and able-bodied Marines, he looks exceptionally small and could easily be picked out as a runt. To a trained eye, however, his movements express a fluidity and precision that does not come with a weak or undisciplined body. Hs size was clearly a motivator to fight and train harder than anyone with more blessings than he. Beneath the uniform and baggy top, he bares strands of tightly corded muscle and skin covered in scars, fresh cuts, and regular bruising. Unfortunately, this only places him above the average man. The reality of coming across the creatures he might face is that he isn't durable, nor is he strong enough to ward all of them off. It goes without saying that his lean figure and quick movements mark him for someone reliant on ranged attacks, evasive maneuvers, and using his compact and mobile form to whatever advantage it can afford him against larger, more imposing opponents.
    Personality:
    Very very into anti-pirate sentiment, and ambitiously driven to rise through the ranks and use his influence to inspire a new and harsher age for dealing with pirates. As cruel as Wafer might seem to his enemies, though, he's generally a delight to his allies and noted for a wonderful bedside manner. Assuming his manic, often carefree, and overly eager to amputate way of doctoring is treated as comedic and not recognized for the danger it might actually pose to his patients.

    Background:
    The son of a pirate, Wafer V. Oxmelon grew up in the shadow of his father's name and often suffered because of it. Born a runt, to begin with, Wafer entered the world as an easy target to other children, and branded for being the progeny of a pirate didn't help. The kids he grew up around made a game of Pirates and Marines and regularly gave him the 'honor' of being the pirate in his father's footsteps. Being chased, beat, and forced to fork over his 'treasures' became a common thing in a cruel children's game, and it drove him to isolation where he found the tools to turn the tide against his assailants.

    In his home, he found heaps of books left behind by his father, forgotten and unwanted by the Marines sent long ago to confirm his family's lack of association with the man his mother foolishly fell for. Wafer immersed himself in these books, soon understanding them to be notes and guidelines his father left behind for him to study and one day learn his art from. It was through these books, and his treatment by other children, that Wafer made a decision to carry on Xandros V. Oxmelon's art as a surgeon and doctor, but one day use it to empower the righteous forces in this world and aid them in taking down his father and every pirate like him.

    To Wafer, the wrong done to him was by pirates. It was his absentee father and men like him that took to the seas for adventure, careless of their responsibilities and the needs of those they left behind. It was men that raided villages, stole supplies, and made normal people suffer based entirely on their whims that deserved the blame and full weight of his disdain. He did not associate the title of pirate to himself, as the other children had in their games. Rather, Wafer believed the children that called themselves marines and abused him for their own amusement were the pirates all along. They would pervert the rules to satisfy their ends and convince themselves that they were heroes. From the perspective of a blooming medical professional? They were infected with a cancer that had to be worked out of their bodies one way or another. Using what he had learned from his studies, Wafer took each into his care and did whatever he could to liberate them from their own disease. Suffice it to say that they reached adulthood crippled by their own ailments, inflicted by young Wafer in his struggle to save each of them.

    Once he was old enough to have his skills recognized, Wafer set out to become a Marine with his heart full of longing to fulfill his boyhood dreams of purging the seas of piracy. Though his father's renown made for a rocky start, his determination and manic lust for the demise of every pirate made him a valuable asset and one his instructors and superiors found more than welcome to their forces.

    This is a consequence of disliking the people's thinking and demeanour in a very young age; she developed this uncanny habit since then. She also has a compassionate and caring side around the people she is positively familiar with imperceptibly less unsociable and distant.
    She has an unbreakable spirit and a fascinating passion for combat. She never minds brutal killing or standing against powerful evil doers.
    She also had a great aptitude in cooking and racing.

    Background

    Past Life Early Years
    Born in a poor casual family, Rose had a normal childhood in her village with her sister yura, father Henry and mother Luna.
    A group of mages lead by a famous mage priest named Ehalo instantly loved the 3 year old Rose. Ehalo could see her potential and calculate the importance of her. Despite the scholars being very envious of her, Ehalo taught her whatever he could in a very short span of time.
    1 Year later, Rose developed a very unexpected standpoint on life which caused her becoming suspiciously very silent. Unlike the scholars making gloomy theories, Ehalo hesitantly accepted her and concluded that she dislikes others which was actually true. She now only liked to observe others but avoid any conversation. This lead Ehalo to move out with his group with disappointment.
    After 2 more Years, Rose's father Henry got a huge promotion in the defensive association of the country and her family started living wealthy life.
    Rose didn't enjoy it unlike her sister yura and continued self discovering the world in her own way.
    She learned about Ehalo's death but she didn't react to it.

    Settling
    When Rose was 15 year old. Her Family shifted to a different country called Sod, things turned pretty nicely for Rose.
    In past years she became very devoted to combat and fighting for weak; coming to Sod she quickly gained fame as a powerful young fighter.

    She met the most famous boy named Hector in school. Renowned as 'The Miracle Hero' or 'God II', he was woshiped (not literally) by almost everyone. The perfectionist Hector never liked relationships but instantly fell in love with Rose.
    After some dating and some hilarious misunderstanding Hector and Rose were engaged for good. They were still pretty young, this created in a very rare romance which was always in the spotlight of young generation.
    Hector and Rose love and understanding increased by miles and reached a whole new different level in few years.
    Rose also made a bunch of trustworthy amazing friends. The party used to fight big villains and always prove their worth.
    Late Years
    After 4 years (Rose 21)
    Humanity in their world faced the most powerful villains, things went insanely difficult and many died because of it. After a huge struggle they rebelled pushed them back miraculously.
    But unfortunately Rose was cursed by an Evil Godlike Enemy called Faur which caused Rose to teleport to a different world for some time. Teleported to a huge sea she was saved by Revolutionaries. Rose quickly adapted with the new world and decided to Help Revolutionaries till she is living in this world.

    Name:
    Kiki's name is a common or a combination of Common white butch or manly farmer names. It is not too different from a typical redneck image (e.g Guns, farmer, mostly dressed in a similar fashion) without them screwing their cousins. The names are Afrikaans versions of the Biblical names "Peter", "John", "James" ending in a typical farmer surname "van der Merwe". As such the Full name completely contradict everything Kiki.

    His self-chosen nickname "Kiki" comes from the way he laughs, a way of laughing quite typical for One Piece.

    Kiki is a Towering figure at 50 feet, a height quite typical for giants, he wears a Tiara made from Albafian mined and melted Gold, Centred by a Brilliantly shining blue diamond rumoured to have been Mined from the heart of the Allblue ocean after being forged in the Volcano "Algorgeo" on the Island Algera. The island's location is unknown but its believed to be an island that was once beautiful and lushly green, peppered with Adam Trees before the Volcano erupted Covering the entire island in a volcanic Dust layer rendering the island inaccessible for Centuries, leaving the island all but forgetting except for rumours and often told lies by merchants in order to sell otherwise useless trinkets.

    Kiki has red hair to compliment his red Lipstick buttered lips both of which is the colour you see when you look into the heart of a fire, some people even say they believe his hair to be on fire. His hair has diamond Hair attachments scattered through his long lushes hair.

    His face has several diamond studs with different coloured diamonds scattered throughout. The studs started out as a habit copied from the mafia, as kiki started creating studs from the diamonds he found on his fallen victims but later developed into a way to bedazzle his entire head as he started putting the diamonds in his hair as well.

    His noes and ears aren't particularly large or small for a giant but completely average which in part was what made him desire his face to shine more, to stand out from the ordinary. Kiki has a mole under his left eye, when he was younger it was one of many sources of his insecurities but as he grew up, it was a source of inspiration and self-worth, as it proved his uniqueness.

    The professor is a skinny old man (65yrs) with a pointed nose and chin, and wrinkles all over his face from making too many confused expressions. He has large (almost Saiyan like) spiky gray hair which is consealed slightly on the top of his head by his black fedora. He also sports goggles and a white lab coat (with a rather large collar) which is left open, underneath which, he wears a verticaly pinstriped dress shirt and black pants. Often something sciency is strapped to his back and it may or may not be spewing smoke out. Sometimes he is covered in soot from an experiment which recently exploded but he hasn't had time to clean up from.

    A 65 year old man who spent his life in the laboratory with Dr. Vegapunk untill he saw his terrible creations in action. He worked on and saw the deployment of the pacifista force. Throughout the program he was told the machines would help bring justice and order to the world and this was reinforced by Kuma himself when the Professor asked him about the program. Kuma seemed so sure of this project and it's goal that he gave himself up for it. But after seeing the pacifistas in action the professor saw that both he and Kuma had been decieved. These machines would not bring justice or order to the world, they were mearly the newest tools of destruction of the largest band of things there is... The World Government... Not only had they decieved Professor Dondigo, but they tricked Kuma into giving his life for a cause they never truely shared. This is unforgivable, and the professor now seeks to rid the world of his terible creations. However, the World Government would never let him leave willingly. He knew too much, they would never let him escape alive. But one day, as he was toiling in his lab thinking of ways to escape, Gatsu (Npc) burst through a wall with Casca (Npc) over his shoulder, asking if the professor knew where the exit is. "I know a great many things... Including where the exit is...". Gatsu liked this answer and so he worked together with the professor and escaped. Afterwards Gatsu listened to the professor and his tail of the Pacifistas. Gatsu was exicited at the idea of fighting such a frightening oponent, and so agreed to help him accomplish his goal. Casca also tags along to "keep Gatsu under control." The band of three together find the Everything Pirates and their captain Joby (@joby ). Who's rightous dream inspires the trio to join his crew in a search for what they desire most.

    Bubbler-rifle (requires 25 science): uses special juices (the same as from Sabaody Archipelago trees) to make bubbles which are then fired at the enemy. The blaster has two modes. - 10 invention points (because of versatility)

    1) Bubble-floater mode:
    (projectile size ≈ 2 ft diameter) creates a bubble around the impacted target which will cause the target to float. The encapsulated target still maintains some control over motion while in the bubble (movement speed 1, can move in all directions). These bubble bullets can be broken before impact by projectiles or strong enough air waves. Any attacks from inside or out can break the bubble. (Durability 1) One could however reach their arm outside the bubble and attack or defend from there.

    2) Slippy-dip mode: coats impacted target with a slippery substance getting rid of nearly all friction around the object. Players hit by this will not be able to stand or hold on to weapons and weapons hit by this will become impossible to hold effectively. These bubble bullets can be broken before impact by projectiles or strong enough air waves. (Durability 1) Washing off the substance or rolling on an absorptive substance like dirt of sand will cause the effect to wear off but will use up the players turn.

    Super-Heated Slash: (requires 30 Science) the users sword is inserted into an Oven-Sheath which super heats the blade to a red hot temperature (Takes 1 player turn). The Super-Heated blade can then be used to slice targets and even set things on fire for the 1 player turn. Can be used 5 times before the blade is too damaged to use again.

    Dondigo Battle Brawler #1: (requires 30 science): a suit of powered armor that has two modes. The suit effects will have a 2 turn cool down after activating one of the modes. Destroyed after 3 street level attack or 1 wall/tree level attack. - 10 invention points

    1) Defensive mode (requires 21 vitality): the suits in this mode have their own durability and shield the user giving them +10 (lasts one turn)
    Ex: Wall/Tree Level damage to you will become Street Level damage to you if you are wearing a Power Suit in this mode.
    2) Mobility Mode (requires 21 speed): the suits in this mode use pneumatic actuators to provide the user +10 mobility (lasts one turn)

    Xatch was formerly a Humandrill in his past life, he died shortly after consuming the resurrection fruit. Not being able to locate his body sometime after death, once Xatch returned too it, it had already decayed too the point that just a skeleton remains. Standing just under 12ft, and only weighing 75Lb, but retaining all his strength and knowledge from his past life. Xatch has achieved a supernatural ability to survive life threatening attacks, due too his lack of skin and vital organs. Retaining his strength on top of this lightweight skeletal body, Xatch is capable of supernatural movements and feats.

    Being a Humandrill, Xatch mostly mimics what he see's others expressing, rather than showing his own personality. But it is his dream too one day be so great at something, that others will want too copy him! Generally Xatch is rude, and an asshole, But has a good sense of humor, and is loyal to a fault.

    Not much is currently known about Xatch's past

    Skeletal survival- having no skin, blood, vital organs, etc... My character is much harder to damage and injure than normal people, also minor temperatures and elemental extremes are not an issue, heat, cold, fire, electricity etc.. (Example, ID freezing hell wouldn't make me cold, but the chilly fruit would still work)

    Bone tracking- if I give out pieces of my bones to allies, or hide them on an opponent, I can find them easier, knowing the General direction of my missing bones. Only works in small areas, doesn't replace vivre cards.

    Astral projection- can enter a soul form that can leave my physical body, and go through walls, used for scouting or perversion mostly, my physical body is immobile and vulnerable during this process.. Mastery 41... Range=mastery in meters

    Yomi Yomi pistol- Throwing a hard punch at the air, the fist is detached to create a flying punch... The fist can stay closed for a punch, or open to grab and latch onto the opponent... The fist will need to be retrieved, at higher mastery of can crawl back..

    Skeleton cyclone/Bone Tornado
    Skeleton cyclone- the user rotates their upper body rapidly, while the bottom half moves freely, similar too a tank turret. This creates an area of effect that allows the user to inflict light damage on multiple targets, while moving, or can be used defensively to help break up shrapnel like attacks.

    With his black hair slicked back and shaved down the sides, red sunglasses, and a neatly trimmed black mustache with beard; Jax takes pride in never receiving a cut to his face. Red and black are his colors, from the red bandana around his forehead and black shades, to the vest and gloves of his charcoal pinstripe suit. Beneath that suit is hardened yet lean figure checkered with scars and tattoos; including a red ouroboros around his right forearm, crossed sabers on his left bicep, and a large X-shaped scar over his heart that was given to him by "The Demon Sheriff".

    Stoic and intimidating at first glance, he’s actually quick to laugh and easily makes friends wherever he goes. A heavyweight drinker, he’s often found sneaking beer or sakē at any opportunity with the excuse that he fights even better when drunk. A believer in "Personal Justice" he has been written up multiple times for openly criticism of the Shichibukai and World Nobles. His biggest personality quirk is that he’s easily distracted by beautiful women, often to his detriment as he is drawn to the kind passion often found in the women of Dressrosa.

    Born on a relatively secluded island in the West Blue, he and his twin brother grew up blissfully happy on the family farm for their first ten years. Their first taste of misery came the next year, after the harvest, when their father left in the night. Through her tears, their mother managed to explain that he left to enter the Grand Line and fulfill his ambition of becoming the greatest swordsman in the world. While the buy felt betrayed by his decision, they did not have the heart to say a single bad word about him in front of their mother. Instead, they would help her work the farm, only to run off into the woods as soon as they their work was finished, so that they could hunt and train themselves for the day they’d leave to find him.

    Those plans changed, however, when their mother fell ill some years later. At sixteen years old, the hardened twins were fit enough to work the farm by themselves, but the never ending medical bills eventually proved too much for them. Jax’s solution came in the form of a bar fight he one night after sneaking into town to blow off steam; putting down three grown men all by himself. Worried to have caused trouble, Jax was instead approached by the owner to participate in the illegal bare-knuckled fights held in the back. A fast favorite, he was undefeated until the opportunity to get rich quick off of a fix came. Agreeing, he was put up against a far weaker opponent whom he accidentally killed with a single blow.

    Afraid and desperate to avoid the law, he fled to the mountains he and his brother knew better than any others. Weeks went by without a word. Finally, on the night he swore to visit his family and explain himself, he woke to a column of smoke that signaled yet another trauma on the horizon. It’s source was his home, the house and fields ablaze, and two blackened corpses at the center of it all. He only had time to loose a single, pained scream before a tall thin shadow appeared and carved a deep "X" in his chest.

    Miraculously surviving until morning, he learned the atrocities had all coincided with the mysterious arrival of "The Demon Sheriff" Lafitte, who had wasted no time in asking after Jax and his associates. Bringing the ashes of his mother and brother to the local Marine Branch, he threw himself at the mercy in his plea for justice. In exchange, Lafitte was dubbed an outlaw, and Jax was offered a uniform. Now, he may seek his own Justice.

    Reorx is the bestest of good boys. All he wants in life is fresh hot meals, to place chase and tag, and wrestle around all day. Reorx is now a large hooman after being body transplanted into one, and is learning the ways of a hooman.

    Background:
    From world government experiments into trying to make everything giants. They had success with a lone pup subject. From birth it grew at an insanely huge rate as well as seeming to understand every command given without having to really be taught. Upon further investigation it was known that the pup was indeed sentient. Although he could not speak on his own. He was able to communicate through certain gestures and actions. Through his first year he was instructed, trained somewhat in a new sign language, and given his name. During his second year of life he spent time mock fighting and getting ready for the world to come. Now at the age of 3 he has been inducted into the CP on the lowest level. Now he seeks to prove himself as he no longer has the food from before and scraps does not sound pleasing. Upon traveling for only a short amount of time with the CP Reorx has body switched with a large hooman!

    Physical Description and Appearence:

    Very tall, broad man. Has a very muscular physique. Tanned skin tone. Short, straight, black hair, short stubble beard on his chin, prominent cheekbones and jawline. Has a scar across his left eyebrow and a burn mark on the left side of his neck.
    He typically wears a short sleeved shirt with dark trousers and leaves the shirt mostly unbuttoned. However, he also wears a full sleeved shirt with light colored trousers underneath, firmly kept in place with a brown belt while on Marine duty. He occasionally wears a light grey double-breasted blazer over his shirt. He is also often seen smoking a cigarette, a habit he picked up after joining the Marines.

    Personality:

    At first glance, one might come to think that Sura is a serious man, always with an unamused expression. However, this is only because his mind is mostly blank when he's free. Sleeping with his eyes open is one habit he's had since he was in his mid teens. He's generally a laid back, freedom loving person who doesn't want any materialistic desires. Stubborn and hard to persuade is one trait of him that his peers equally love and have at the same time. A strictly honorable guy, who doesn't go against his word and has a strong sense of paying people back for what they've done to him, whether they've helped him or hurt him.

    Sura is from South Blue. He is the son of world renowned Martial Artist Muramasa. His Mother, Ayuko was a scholar and would always teach him geography. Sura was always interested in matters related to the Sea. His mother, who was sickly, passed away when he was just 6 years old. Since then his primary care taker was his father. He was trained by his father till the age of 13 after which he began learning his own techniques and at the age of 15, founded the new Martial Art style called Taiken. His father wanted him to become a prominent Martial Arts teacher in South Blue but would always be open about the path his son should choose. His father,who was already rather old, despite being a world famous Martial Artist, was growing weak due to a deleterious drinking habit he picked up after his wife's death. His father too passed away when Sura reached the age of 16 and told Sura to do what he truly wishes. Sura continued to live and train on his island until he decided he should become an explorer and explore the seas that loved to hear about from his mother and would also search for new techniques to incorporate into his Taiken Martial Arts style. He always wanted to visit the Grand Line and understand its geography. The town's mayor was very fond of him and was able to get him an explorer's permit to sail the seas as he wished, and so at the young age of 17, Sura took a boat and set sail as a legal sailor, he visited several other islands in the South Blue and met a man named Kenshi.


    Kenshi too, was a lover of the Sea and was looking for members to form a crew of Adventurers from South Blue, "The Sea Dragons". Sura was the first member. They gathered 5 other strong people and decided to enter the Grand Line. Sura had discovered that he had a natural talent to steer a ship. The helm just felt natural to him and he could maneuver the ship as if it were an extension of his own body. Kenshi had never seen anyone who could steer a ship that well. He hence took place as the helmsman under a competent Captain Kenshi. They would survey islands and create maps with accurate descriptions of their weather conditions and topography and would sell these maps to Kingdoms or even the World Government. They maintained a warm relationship with the Marines who would sometimes allow them to dock on their bases and restock their supplies.

    Due to their immense cumulative strength, the Sea Dragons were able to breeze through Paradise. They would often spend a lot of time on every island, observing everything along their way. They seldom got sick as their bodies were all tough and could take a lot. They were considered beasts and the world's greatest explorers and some people even referred to them as the Sea Devils. They were however benevolent and never attacked unprovoked. They sailed the Grand Line for 2 years without much trouble. However, their journey was soon coming to a traumatic end.

    One night, a devastating storm broke out. With strong, sudden, hot winds and unpredictable ocean currents, their ship, the "Okami", was battered and tested. The crew was put through a grueling task of surviving. This was the worst storm to ever hit in over a 100 years, it lasted for 32 days and the Sea Dragons were stuck at the core of it. They ran out of food on their ship and there were no fish in that part of the sea as they fled the storm. The ship's sails were ripped off, the hull was on the verge of breaking, and Sura's helmsman-ship was the only thing that could get them this far. Unfortunately, 3 members of their crew have already died due to the catastrophic storm. The remaining 4 still had hope, despite having no food and being on the verge of dying of starvation. They were able to survive the storm and slowly sailed till they saw what they thought was an island. Suddenly, they were attacked with canon balls fired by a group of strong pirates who wanted to loot their ship. The pirates noticed that the crew was in a terrible condition and decided to shamelessly loot them as they were too weak to fight back. All the treasures that the Sea Dragons accumulated over the course of their adventure were gifts from kingdoms that they have helped with their knowledge of the Sea. The crew was never attached to their treasure and would've given it all up in exchange for food at a critical time like this. However, the pirates also wanted the fame that they would get if the world found out they destroyed the Sea Dragons who were once considered an unstoppable group of young adventurers. The pirates continued to fire at them and the ship was quickly sinking, realizing that they cannot win this battle, the crew decided to escape. But they were surrounded by the ocean, this meant that the Devil Fruit users in their crew had no way out. The 2 remaining devil fruit users decided to give what was left of their lives to save Sura and Kenshi. Sura and Kenshi reluctantly decided to swim to safety so their friends' efforts wouldn't go in vain. The devil fruit users covered for them and held back the pirates fiercely despite being severely outnumbered. Sura turned around to take one last look and at that very moment, a huge explosion engulfed what was left of their ship and there was no sign of their crew members. The Pirates who attacked them were seen sailing away rejoicing at the amount of loot they could obtain and how the world would fear them for taking out the infamous Sea Dragons. Kenshi and Sura continued to swim towards the island they saw in anger and grief only to find out that it was mirage. Their weeks of starvation had caused them to hallucinate, there was never an island there. Kenshi and Sura still had hope and kept swimming for miles. But after 2 days, they were so weak that they were barely able to float along on a piece of broken wood taken from their now destroyed ship. Sura was on the verge of giving up, he slowly closed his eyes thinking he was done for. Sura then wakes up suddenly to find himself in a small village of very few people. Most of the villagers were either old people or young kids. He seemed to be the only man of his age there. He soon finds out that he washed up on the shore alone and that there was no sign of Kenshi. It has already been 4 days since he was rescued by the villagers. Sura quickly took a boat and sailed to the last place he was at when he was still conscious to look for Kenshi. He finds something floating near the area. It's Kenshi's shirt tied onto a piece of wood. The same piece of wood that Kenshi was floating on. On the shirt was a message written in blood. The message read "If you're reading this Sura, that means you've survived. I'm glad I was able to save you with whatever strength I had left. You are the best person I've ever known, I have no regrets. I've always wanted to die at sea and though I wish our journey lasted longer, I'm satisfied that I was able to sail with you guys for 2 years. Don't bother looking for me, I barely have enough strength to live for a couple of minutes. You're a kind man, never go against that. You would never hurt an innocent man and that is what is best about you. You have a strong will and are an honorable person, never break away from that. Live the life you want, whether you want to continue your expedition, become a Marine, your Kingdom's warrior, or even if you just want to live peacefully on land. I just want you to live and....". The message is incomplete. Kenshi died before he could finish his message. Sura concludes that Kenshi used the last bit of strength to push Sura as far as he could towards an island in hopes that he could save him. An extremely angry and despairing Sura swims back to the village while pulling the boat he arrived on with his bare hands. He enters the forest next to the village. He spent several days in the forest screaming, ripping trees apart, throwing boulders, and punching the ground all with his bare hands. The villagers were always worried about him but decided not to interfere. Finally, 12 days later, a bruised Sura, with a ripped shirt, dirt and blood all over his body, but with a bright smile on his face emerged from the forest. The villagers were happy to see him. He decided to live with the villagers and help them out to repay them for taking care of him. He was surprised how this small weak village was able to survive in the harsh Grand Line.

    He has now lived on the island for a year and a half. He would train himself regularly in the forest for days and has perfected several powerful moves. He would help the village out with daily errands and teach the kids about the ocean and tell them stories about his journey as a Sea Dragon, tell them about Devil Fruits, South Blue, the other islands he surveyed, show them how to draw maps etc. He would also train the kids to fight. He has become a member of the small village and is loved by everyone there. Sura makes frequent trips to nearby islands to bring different kinds of foods, clothes, and other equipment for the villagers. He has built a smaller replica of the Okami ship with the strongest wood he could find. He would sell the exotic fruits and precious stones found in the island's forest to make money and would spend it all for the village's sake. One day, on a similar trip to a nearby island, he received a call that sent shivers down his spine on his Den Den mushi. It's one of the kids from the village informing Sura that a group of pirates is attacking the village. Sura rushes back. The village is still ok. Not much damage has been done. The kids he had trained have put up a good fight. He arrives and the pirates flee seeing how strong he is. However, Sura, who is in a fit of rage follows them alone. He doesn't take his ship but swims after them. He destroys the ship with his bare hands from the sea itself! He beats up each of the pirates and is about to kill their Captain. Their Captain reveals with a smirk on his face that he has left a 'present' for him at the village. Sura kills him with one shot to the face and quickly swims back to the village wasting no time. The village is fine. He walks ashore meets some kids there and begins walking to the village when all of a sudden a huge explosion erupts at the heart of the village. Half of the village is completely destroyed. He rushes in and saves as many people as he can. however, 12 people die, he makes a new commitment to himself. He will not allow anyone to hurt the village anymore. He pledges to the village that it is now entirely his responsibility to protect the village and trains the kids in exceptional fighters. He fortifies the village using rocks and boulders and builds a massive fortress for 3 years. His plan is to become a Marine and set up a base on his island to protect it! He is convinced that most pirates are evil and hurt innocent people and that something needs to be done to control their terror. His students are now old teens, and are strong enough to be renowned Martial Artists themselves. Sura, now confident that the village is safe from most threats, sets out to the sea to become a Marine. He takes his new ship the "Shin Okami" and sets out alone. He has earned the epithet "The Wildfire" as he is capable of setting ships ablaze with nothing more than his fists all by himself. He return to his town in South Blue and hears that their town has constantly been under attack by Pirates who've returned from the Grand Line after failing to survive there. He is enraged by this information and wastes no time going to the nearest Marine base and pledging to become a Marine to avenge his dead crew mates, the village he spent 4 years on, and his hometown and stop Pirates from hurting innocent civilians. The Marines who were aware of his adventures as a renowned explorer were glad to accept him.

He spends 3 years building a fortress to protect the village. The kids, now very strong, protect the village in his absence. He returns to South Blue to find out that his town was repeatedly attacked by Pirates. Enraged, he decides to join the Marines who were happy to accept a strong, renowned explorer such as him. He has earned the epithet "The Wildfire" as he is capable of setting ships ablaze with nothing more than his fists all by himself.

    Physical Description:
    Lepi is a Pufferfish Fishman. His body is covered with scales as with most fishmen in his district, and he has soft spikes all around his neck, arms and legs, but most are situated on the torso. He also has some on the top of head, which he hides with a regular cap which has ''WAVE'' written on it. The spikes on his head are always sharp like knives, so he wears the hat to protect himself from scratching his head. He wears a shash around his stomach to keep his jean shorts up because he's too stupid to know how a belt works. He wears slippers on his feet and a long fur coat which also has the word ''WAVE'' written in the back. He has a clean-shaved head and a Nico Robin-esque nose as well as a scar running around the base of his neck, which is stitched up. He also has the mark of the dragon's hoof on his back, which has been covered up by the Sun Pirate jolly roger and is always hidden by his coat. He has large green eyes and a large mouth with puffy lips due to his Pufferfish Fishman nature. Due to being a Pufferfish Fishman, Lepi can choose to inflate parts of his body to protect himself from danger or go on the offensive, his soft spikes turning larger and more pointy.

    Personality:
    Lepi is not very bright and he always shows it whether he likes it or not. Due to most of his childhood being stripped away at a young age, he never got to grow up normally so he always has to cope with not being the smartest person in the room, but compensates with his other admirable traits. Lepi is very strong and utilises this power whenever the moment is opportune, rarely however is it to show off just for the sake of it. He has a deep understanding of friendship and camaraderie and would go to extreme lengths to assist his friends and crewmates. He is pretty lazy but easily excited and will step up if a fight is due, since fights are the things he enjoys the most. He tends to be a bit selfish and take the most straightforward path when it comes to decisionmaking. Lepi is also quite sensitive of his appearance, as he always gets riled up when people call him fat, since that is simply a part of his ability and doesn't want it to define him or be made fun of because it's something he can't change. Despite his intellectual shortcomings, he is extremely knowledgeable of what the ''right thing'' is at any given time and will pursue and stick to his principles at any time, going out of his way to point out and even rectify wrongdoings he perceives. The biggest principle he respects and admires is freedom, which is why he chose to become a pirate. But above all, he's dumb and strong.

    Gruun looms over most creatures in the world, baring most giants, even despite his usual hunch. He is coated in thick brown fur that covers his even thicker muscular frame. He has long lanky arms that reach past his knees even when standing fully erect. His muzzle protrudes slightly with large canines pronounced from his upper and lower jaw. He has fiery yellow eyes that stare with a harsh intensity. He wears a marine uniform that has had to be costume made to fit due to his large size and peculiar shape.

    Personality:
    Decisive and ruthless, Gruun is an objective creature and his main goal is to defend the World from pirates by advancing in the marines. However, Gruun is largely motivated by his own personal feelings and his vendetta against a certain pirate. He can be single-minded and shows an inability to learn from his mistakes. and although having witnessed the destructive capabilities of devil fruits injuring him, his home, and murdering hundreds of others from being caught in the crossfire, still plans on finding one to using it in his seemingly never ending quest to hunt down all pirates.

    Background:
    Gruun is from an unnamed island where he lived and grew up in relative peace with a nearby human settlement. Until one day they were attacked by a deranged pirate looking for something that Gruun, to this day, has never learned what was. The pirate used what Gruun has now come to learn was called a "devil fruit" to destroy the island and its inhabitants. They pirates burned the forest and their food in search of the item they desired, killed thousands of innocents humans and humandrills. Gruun thought all hope was lost until by some glorious twist of fate, they were saved. The marines arrived and managed the scare off the pirates, but the damage was done. Gruun had lost everything he had. His home. His family. But Gruun wanted, no needed, revenge. He began following the marines around town, trying to help in anyway he could while trying to imitate their actions. They must of took pity on him, for the captain with a warm smile, offered to take Gruun to marine HQ and would personally see to it that he was enlisted. Gruun takes great pride in his status of a Marine, even if he is a new recruit. He personally vowed to push harder everyday to never be so weak as to let a mere pirate walk all over him and his family ever again.

    Physical Description:
    Consistent with Raditz's quote in the chapter Kakarrot of the Dragon Ball manga as well as Frieza's when he first met Goku in the chapter The Ultimate Battle Begins!, Bardock's appearance is very similar to Goku's: he has unkempt hair which partially stands on end, but Bardock has a scar on his left cheek, slightly darker skin and fully outlined, sharper eyes. Bardock's oldest son Raditz inherits only his eyes and complexion. while in Bardock - The Father of Goku, he wears a dark blue and green Battle Armor, and a green Scouter on his left eye, and has red cutted pants and black and green shoes Later, Bardock adopts Tora's blood-soaked armband as a headband when he fights Dodoria's Elite on Planet Meat. He retains the headband when he attempts to kill Frieza.

    In Dragon Ball Minus, Bardock wears Battle Armor with shoulder pads and boots and occasionally lets his tail swing freely. He also has an additional thin scar running horizontally across his right bicep.

    In Katsuyoshi Nakatsuru's original character design, Bardock had a longer scar, his hair was more spiked (similar to Vegeta's hair), his Battle Armor was a lighter shade of green, and it had three or four flaps at the waist, and did not wear the long-legged jumpsuit he has in Akira Toriyama's final design for the 1990 TV special.

    The author also comments that all he really did was take Goku and give him the brutal edge of a warrior race, and dress him in the Battle Armor provided by Freeza’s forces

    Personality:

    In Dragon Ball Minus, Bardock displays a social attitude, being more expressive and greeting other Saiyans after arriving in his homeworld. It is also shown Bardock deeply cares about his son and decides to send him to another planet to save him from the destruction of Planet Vegeta, an action he says that is due to Gine's softness rubbing off on him. Bardock also cares for the members of his team, a fact evidenced by Gine, who had a gentle personality and wasn’t cut out as a warrior, being repeatedly saved from danger by Bardock. he displays several personality traits fairly typical of Universe 7 Saiyans. He also has a very plain view in life. While praised by others as brilliant, Bardock rejects such compliments, believing that he is simply experienced for combat. He also shows traits that are not like a typical Universe 7 Saiyan, Bardock deeply cares for the members of his team and is willing to avenge the death of his crew members after finding them killed on Planet Meat, particularly Tora during their last conversation. Along with this, he also attempts to warn the other Saiyans that Frieza is coming to destroy Planet Vegeta, and even though they don't listen, he tries a couple times to convince them, before realizing they would not listen and then proceeds to attempt to fight Frieza. He is somewhat cocky, loves fighting, and will kill in cold blood. He has a laid-back and fearless personality as evidenced by him taking responsibility in confronting Frieza alone. He is a highly capable tactician in battle, able to perceive the situation at hand and act accordingly with it, as shown from his ability to out-maneuver Frieza's men.

    Bardock is a low-class Saiyan mercenary who leads a small platoon comprised of four other Saiyan soldiers in Bardock - The Father of Goku: Tora, Fasha, Borgos, and Shugesh. His wife Gine was also part of Bardock's Team at one point. Together, the team makes a living by traveling to various planets where they decimate the defenses of these civilizations and prepare them for Frieza's Planetary Market. Bardock was famous for his bravery even among the Saiyans; he is mentioned by Paragus in the movie Dragon Ball Z: Broly - The Legendary Super Saiyan when he recognizes Goku as Bardock's son, and it can be thought that Paragus was Bardock's superior according to the Supplemental Daizenshuu. After being saved on the battlefield by him several times, Gine developed some feelings for Bardock. Due to her gentle nature, Gine was not cut out for fighting and retired.     A alternative fighting style utilizing aspects of Haki and the users own essence called ''ki''. The only people known to have used this fighting style are humans, because of this its regarded as almost as rare to see as Haoshoku Haki. Ideally the only way to use this fighting style in its purest form is to feel the utmost anger, by doing this the ki inside the body will boil thus releasing chaotically from the body causing a transformation. Typically a ''Saiyan'' will have black hair to begin with, then as they progress through the stages of transformations they'll gradually change hair color and styles depending on the form. Furthermore the ki can be used offensively as well, being focused throughout the body in determined areas, such as the palms then ejecting it outwards to perform a ''ki blast''. All the forms can last up to 4 turns; when they run out or are deactivated your stats will be deducted the same amount they were just boosted for, for the same length.

    Short, wiry and with a messy mane of black hair and a close cropped beard. He's cleary built to slip in and out of places without being seen to much. His cloths even match for someone trying to remain hidden at times as he wears a drab grey tunic with lose fitting black pants. His most defining trait is that he is usually seen wearing a pair of bright red sunglasses and a headband when he isnt trying to remain hidden, though those will quickly disappear when he needs to disappear himself. Strapped around his lower back are two wakizashi's that he carries with him at all times.

    Personalty:
    Sigmund is generally a quiet and unassuming person when you first meet him, though he will quickly open up and at times, you'll just wish the guy would just shut up. Though when he is on the job he is as quiet as a mouse. It can confuse people how different he can be at times. Though he just claims he talks so much to make up for lost time when he can't while he's working. Generally a cheerful person he is also, at times, overly suspicious of others. Due to his small size he is used to being looked over or forgotten about and it doesn't bother him, in fact he is more then happy to use it to his advantage when he needs to. His greatest joys are sneaking around and cooking, his love for cooking extends back to when he was younger, though he's still learning and hasn't mastered the art yet, he is confident one day he'll be a fairly good cook!

    Brief Bio:

    Sigmund basically grew up on the streets. Not for want of parents or anything, for he did have two loving parents. He just found no use for the things they wanted from him. Schooling and working, that wasn't for him. He wanted to explorer and was filled with an insatable desire to try to get into any crevice, nook or cranny he could find. He had a knack for getting into almost any place. He would often disappear during his younger years, only to be found sleeping in some weird location where only he could fit into. He enjoyed it a lot, as it was a game to him. Trying to find a perfect place he could squeeze into and wait for someone to find him, a few times it took the whole town to discover where he was. He started learning how to not only hide though, but how to sneak around quietly and stealthy. He would use this to his advantage though to scare people by popping out of things he shouldn't have been able to even squeeze into.

    As he grew older though, his talent and skills helped him out a lot. Due to his small size people either looked down on him as he grew older or just plain up ignored him. He would start speaking up more and more as they did this, almost never shutting up at times, because he couldn't stand the thought of being ignored. It did lead to some interesting arguements, and sigmund, due to being small, saw the better part in valour of running awau, which he did often. The only person in town who didn't look down on him was an old blade master, who Sigmund took an immediatly liking to. He'd spend hours a day with him, learning how to fight with a single blade, it was through him Sigmund got his two wakazashi's.

    He also, during his free time, discoved something else fun, stealing. At first it was a spur of the moment decision. During one of his foreys into someones house to see how far he could get without being seen, he took something he saw that fancied his eye, a tiny compass. He got such a thrill from that he started doing it more and more. It generally wasn't much, but it was often enough that people started noticiing. They had no idea who it was and took up watch at night to see if they could catch the theif. Sigmund took this as a game, avoiding the patrols and watchmen to get into places to take something and then listen to the tales of the deed from others.

    It wasn't long though that the town dcided, without any evidence mind you, that it was him taking all the items on account of his ability to disappear on them. It was then Sigmund figured it was best to move on, and he did, buggering out of town without looking back or a care. He traveled often after that, taking up odd jobs to obtain something for someone or just obtaining things for himself. During his travels he made sure to keep his skills in check to protect himself and start to teach himself how to cook. He loved the cooking part immensely. It became one of the things he loved while traveling, besides the sneaking(and pilfaring while sneaking) of course. He's not the best cook but he does strive to hopefully master the art some day.
