    For a giant, Larsi is not particularly tall. He only stands at 30 feet tall, and while he looms over other races, he is like a dwarf to his brethren. His spiky hair is the namesake for his epithet "Silver Hair. His usual outfit consists of a blue kimono fitted to around his body. Over it he usually wears a light brown coat. Other than that, he wear simple sandals.

    Personality:
    Although he may seem.cold and uninviting at first, Larsi has as big of a heart as one would think of someone of his size. While other giants value honor and pride, Larsi values comradery and material wealth. Although you might think so, he is in fact not above swindling, plundering or killing others for the sake of gain for himself and his friends. Without a doubt his biggest personality quirk is that he often forgets how big he is.

    Background:
    Night had fallen on Elbaf, the sun that lingered longer and longer these days as winter was giving way to spring finally had gone to bed. The moon shine its pale blue light down on the large buildings that housed the giants, casting enormous shadows seeming like monsters of myths due to the carved figureheads that adorned the wooden buildings. A tired yawn broke the silence, followed by sluggish footsteps threading through the streets. Almost as tall as some of the buildings, a giant clad in traditional armor and carrying an axe in his right hand, while a buckler was strapped to his left, both hanging lazily down to his sides. Who could blame the guard for being bored? Why would anyone in their right mind attack the legendary Elbaf?

    So much for the Pride of Elbaf. More like the Bane of Elbaf... From his hiding spot in the shadows of one of the nearby buildings, stood a giant, smaller than most others, but a giant nonetheless. It was easy for him to slip by unnoticed by the lazy guards, especially with how much darkness he could hide in. He waited until the guard had passed a few hundred feet down the street before rushing across where Oluf, the guard, had just passed through. As he entered the moonlight, a few locks of hair that stuck out from under his black hood that he had wrapped himself in reflected in silver for a moment, before Larsi hastily tucked them away. Stepping into the cover of darkness once more, he relaxed a bit more, and his mind started to wander as his legs carried him further down the quiet street.

    Larsi sidestepped the larger boy's strike, slamming his oversized mace into his hand, causing him to cry out as his own mace fell to the ground. With a proud grin, the smaller giant turned towards their mentor, expecting praise for finally succeeding in the training duel. Due to how much smaller he was than the other giants, even younger than him, he had realized he would need to rely on speed to dodge the obviously stronger attacks. However what met him was not praise, but the backside of a hand almost as large as his own torso, smacking across his face and upper body. The force was so great it lifted the not-so-giant boy off his feet, sending him flying through the air before crashing into a stack of shields resting against a nearby wall. Confused, and not just because his head was ringing from the force of the strike, Larsi rose to his unsteady feet. Something warm ran down his cheek. Touching his face, he realized it was his own blood.
    What the? His eyes quickly found the source of the violence though. Oluf, their mentor only took a few strides to reach him, looming far above the younger and stumped Larsi, his whole demeanor showing great displeasure, even if the boy's gaze didn't currently reach his face. The older giant's voice boomed for all to hear. WHAT SORT OF COWARDICE IS THIS, YOU LITTLE RUNT? THE PRIDE OF ELBAF IS TO MEET YOUR FOE'S ATTACK HEAD ON, TO RECOGNIZE THEIR STRENGTH, THEN OVERCOME IT! SUCH CHEAP TACTICS AS THAT WILL NOT BE ALLOWED!

    His mind settling, Larsi realized he had let his mind wander back to his younger days. I need to stay focused tonight, or else I'm likely to get caught before I steal it, let alone escape... But it was easier thought than done, as he would quickly come to realize. After all, he had spent sixty years on this damn island. Coming to another large, open street, he scanned it both up and down for guards. With no one in sight, he hastened his steps, starting the rush across the open, lit path. As he did, his eyes caught sight of a familiar door.

    Unable to reach the door handle, Larsi could do nothing but knock on the door. The feeble sound it made on the massive wooden frame barely registered, but still he waited. He heard sounds of joy from the inside as the party seemingly had started. Looking down into his arms, he eyed the birthday present he was holding. Collecting his courage and strength once more, he pounded the door with all his might. The ruckus from inside seemed to settle slightly, and he heard heavy footsteps approach the door. Stepping back to allow the door to open fully, Larsi was soon faced with a boy his age, but more than twice his own height. Tor scanned the area, before finally realizing Larsi was right there before him. Eyes narrowing, he spoke with a voice brimming with distaste.
    What do you want here, midget? Not knowing what to say, Larsi simply lifted his present up to the much taller boy. Eyeing the present, Tor grabbed it quickly out of his hands. Thanks, now get out of here!

    But...
    Larsi protested, but Tor simply held up the bandaged hand in front of him. I still can't use this hand, thanks to you! Looking at the hand, Larsi's own face turned incredulous. The amount of abuse that the other boy had inflicted upon him far dwarfed whatever small pain this had caused. This was just too unfair, he though, biting back his tears. You have done so much more t- His voice was cut short as the bigger boy thrust his foot into his stomach, lifting Larsi off the ground in a fashion he was all too familiar with by now. Blood sprouted from his mouth upon impact, and his head slammed against the wall across the street, his mind fading as he heard Tor speak once more, before closing the door behind him. That's all you're good for, you punching bag! And look, now you got blood on my nice clothes!

    Somehow he had crossed the street safely without being spotted. Leaning up against the wall that he years ago had been thrown against, he could still see the impact that it had made. Taking a deep breath, he closed his eyes, before opening them again and looking at that damn door. I'll show you what I'm good for, you piece of shit... He couldn't help but mutter under his breath. Gathering himself once more, he once again resumed his trek towards the center of the village. Minutes later he finally reached the Hall of Kings, where Loki resided, and his loot would be found. Outside stood a sole guard. This pride will truly be the end of Elbaf one day... He recognized the guard easily. Harulf stood even taller than Oluf, looming almost to the top of the humongous door he guarded. Upon seeing him, Larsi's mind wandered to a time long after his failed attempt to make amends with Tor.

    Tor swung his enormous mace, almost to big for himself towards Larsi, who knew he could not take the attack head on. His eyes quickly passed to Harulf who stood and watched over the two aspiring warriors closely. I have to be careful. He could not allow his mentor to see through his deceit, or it would all be for naught. But it was alright, he had trained in secret for years now, so that they would not be able to.

    As the humongous weapon came swinging sideways, it easily engulfed Larsi's body. Leaning towards the attack, letting go of his mace with his left hand. Extending the arm towards the attack, he held his palm open towards it. At the last split second he pulled back, before thrusting it forward, planting his flat hand on the incoming mace, repeating the process multiple times in the span of a split second. With a last thrust, the large weapon came to a halt. With a grin, Larsi turned his head towards Tor once more. The bigger giant looked back with a confused look on his face, though this quickly turned to fear as Larsi leaped forwards, both hands holding his own mace ready to swing.

    Stepping out of the cover of the darkness, Larsi pulled the hood from his head, revealing his face to Harulf. He knew he could not sneak past him, as this was the only entrance to the keep, so he had to rely on other tactics. Pretending to stumble his way forwards, Larsi had almost reached him before the tired guard reacted. Oi midget, what are you doing here this time of night? His voice was impatient, but somewhat slurred, as if he was near falling asleep. Well, let's help him with that... The guard gripped his spear, swinging it forward to hover next to Larsi's neck. I said, what are you- That's all he had time to say before Larsi grabbed his spear, pulling the bigger giant forward off his balance, while leaping up to meet him with a fist right at his throat, silencing any plight he had. Landing on his shoulder, he used his momentum to push the giant back against the wall. Making him stand up straight after collapsing would have been hard. Fishing out a rope from within his cloak, he threw it up, attaching it to the figurehead up above, before wrapping the rest around the giant's neck, holding him up, stopping him from slumping any further. Pulling out his knife he made a slit under each of the giant's arms, so that he would not be able to raise them to untie the rope. So much for your pride... Larsi whispered in his ears. Harulf tried to respond, but all that came was gurgling sounds, followed by blood.

    Dropping to the ground, he looked at the body that stood before him. To the tired patrols it would just look as if he was leaning on his spear, they probably wouldn't notice until the morning, but by then it would be far too late. Paying him no more heed, Larsi gently opened the large doors, stepping inside, then closed them again. As he stepped inside he was quickly reminded of how much he did not fit in. The ceiling was so far up it seemed unreal, the hallways like huge streets. Seats taller than him. Shaking the thoughts he continued down the hallway towards his goal.

    A few minutes later he pushed open a door, with treasures lining the walls, but he didn't care for the gold or jewels. In the middle of the room stood a pedestal on which a single item rested. A fruit. The greatest treasure of Elbaf, promised to the greatest warrior. He couldn't help but chuckle at the thought of their reactions the day after. Unlike any other furniture the pedestal was perfect height for him, as a last ironic twist. His hand grabbed the strange fruit, lifting it up before his face. Putting it in his pocket, Larsi turned around and walked out the door. A few minutes later he exited the large doors again. Next to him Harulf still "stood", though there was no movement anymore, and the ground below him was soaked in a dark, sticky liquid.

    Stepping into the cover of the darkness, Larsi disappeared from Elbaf, as would a single small ship, along with the Gura Gura no Mi, discovered after the morning shift found the mutilated corpse of Harulf. Yet as the warriors of Elbaf set out in search of the traitor, they were unable to find any trace of him.

    Gura Gura no Mi:
    Techniques:
    -Kaishin (海震 Kaishin?, literally meaning "Seaquake"): Larsi "cracks" the air with a punch and sends devastating shock waves through the air in the direction it is facing. These shock waves can pass through and damage almost any substance, tearing it apart. If the shock waves are directed into the ground, the result is a devastating earthquake capable of generating huge tsunamis. Because of its enormous offensive power and great speed, this attack makes for a solid defense, destroying or disrupting any attack before it hits Larsi.

    -Gekishin (激震 Gekishin?, literally meaning "Severe Earthquake"): A close range variant of Kaishin, causing severe damage. Larsi can also passively summon vibrations around himself, using it do destroy solid creations near or around himself.

    -Kabutowari (兜割 Kabutowari?, literally meaning "Helmet Break"): Larsi focuses his great power into a small, spherical area, otherwise known as a hypocenter, to perform a concentrated, explosion-like attack with his fist.

    -Shima Yurashi (島揺らし Shima Yurashi?, literally meaning "Island Shaking"): Larsi "grabs" an entire area, by grabbing and pulling on the air around him as if it were tangible, and rapidly shifts it. Using this, he can tilt an entire island and the sea around it, destroying buildings and throwing a giant off of his feet in the process.

    Custom Techniques:

    -Funsai-ki (粉砕機 Funsai-ki, literally meaning "Pulverizer"): Focusing energy into either his fist or leg, Larsi sends many smaller vibrations into the ground. Depending on the force used, it softens the ground to different degrees. Either so soft that both he and anyone else sinks, or less soft so that his large feet keeps him from sinking, but smaller people sink.

    -Shindō ha (振動刃 Shindō ha, literally meaning "Vibro Blade"): Straightening his hand flat, Larsi starts to vibrate said hand with microscopic vibrations at a very high frequency. Using this, Larsi can either stab or chop with his hand, cutting through even the hardest of metals as if they were butter.

    -Shōgeki Yūhatsu (衝撃誘発 Shōgeki Yūhatsu, literally meaning "Shock Induce"): Sending heavy vibrations at high speeds throughout his body at an immense vibrations, Larsi sends his body into momentary shock, rapidly increasing his adrenaline. The adrenaline rush lasts for up to 3 turns, and during that he feels no pain, and his speed is increased by 10. For each turn the adrenaline lasts, Larsi will be weakened for one turn, lowering his speed by 10, as well as his vitality by 20.

    -Shindō Ryōhō(振動療法 Shindō Ryōhō, literally meaning "Vibration Therapy"): Focusing energy into his arm or leg, Larsi sends small vibrations into his opponent upon clashing with them. The vibrations will travel to their head, shaking them so that they lose their equilibrium temporarily.

    -Shokkubaria(ショックバリア Shokkubaria?, literally meaning "Shock Barrier"): Placing his palms against each other and holding them like that, Larsi expels vibrations all around him in a steady pattern, effectively creating a barrier all around him, pushing away most attacks, especially non-solid ones such as energy blasts. This lasts for as long as Larsi wants it to, but he can not do a lot of moving while maintaining it.

    -Bakufū(爆風 Bakufū, ?, literally meaning "Blastwave") Violently slamming his palms against each other, Larsi sends vibrations throughout his body that then explodes from him in all directions, blowing away and attempting at destroying anything nearby.

    -Shokkukābu(ショックカーブ Shokkukābu, literally meaning "Shock Curve") Mostly used as a supplement to other techniques, this technique allows Larsi to change trajectory of his quakes after they have been sent off, allowing him to use a more versatile fighting style.

    -Shokkukābu: Hikō (ショックカーブ: 飛行 Shokkukābu: Hikō, literally meaning "Shock Curve; Flight") Holding his arms out to the side and palms facing open facing downwards, Larsi sends out a continuous stream of harmless shockwaves, strong enough to hold him airborne. However, using his extensive control of his devil fruit, he then curves the shockwaves, so that they come around and push him up from below, essentially allowing him to fly.

    -Shindō Shōheki(振動障壁 Shindō Shōheki, literally meaning Vibration Barrier): Larsi expels vibrations from all over his body in a continuous manner, reducing the force of any attack hitting him. This technique has a few stages:
    41 Mastery(minimum requirement): Reduces incoming attacks by 1 Destructive Potency Level. 4 turn cooldown. Can not move while using.
    81 Mastery: Allows the user to move while using this technique. 3 turn cooldown.
    100 Mastery: Reduces incoming attacks by 2 Destructive Potency Levels. 2 turn cooldown

    -Sāfuappu(サーフアップ Sāfuappu, literally meaning Surfs Up)Used while aboard a ship.Larsi 'grabs' the air, destabilising the water beneath him, forming a tidal wave under the ship, lifting it high up in the air. Carrying the ship several hundred meters, the wave then dies out, letting the ship down not so gently. This can be used to get a good head start, or bypass an obstacle.

    -Watashi no Chīsana Tomodachi ni Aisatsu(私の小さな友達に挨拶 Watashi no Chīsana Tomodachi ni Aisatsu, literally meaning Say Hello To My Little Friend): Used on a ship or on the side of water, Larsi punches the air, causing it to crack, sending the vibrations into the water around him. Doing so causes the water to form a huge tidal wave facing away from Larsi, draining the water in front of the wave to feed it in size and lower any objects in the water even further under the wave, before the wave moves forward, attempting to crush and bury anything in its path.

    -Kabutowari: Hassha-tai(兜割: 発射体 Kabutowari: Hassha-tai, literally meaning "Helmet Break: Projectile"): Larsi focuses his great power into a small, spherical area, otherwise known as a hypocenter around his fist, just like with the original version of this technique. However, through higher levels of mastery he is able to contain the bubble even as it leaves his hand. By doing so, he can throw the bubble, causing it to explode upon impact.

    Awakening(Unavailable as of yet):
    -Mezame: Undōryō no Sai Riyō(目覚め:運動量の再利用 Mezame: Undōryō no Sai Riyō, literally meaning "Awakening: Momentum Repurpose"): Upon awakening his devil fruit, Larsi obtained the power to absorb vibrations and use them for his own energy. He can absorb the force of a shockwave, the force of hitting the ground at high speeds, blunt attack, cannon ball or the shock sent into his body upon blocking an attack, and other similar forces, except for haki(unless countered with his own haki). After absorbing he can either release it for the same strength, strengthen it with his own energy, upping it one level of potency, or store the energy momentarily before releasing it.

    Physical Description:
    Frayzah would be fairly large among average sized humans but nothing special, he has a lean and muscular build. His outfit consists of a mask covering his eyes, a blue and white hooded jacket, black gloves, pants and boots. He has a black utility belt with detachable sheaths for his katana. He also wears a detachable sheath diagonally on his back for his ninja sword. Without his mask he is fairly pale with very short red hair and red eyes. His tail is about a metre long and covered in red fur.

    Personality:
    Frayzah is usually pretty serious and tries to stick to his missions but it's not uncommon for him to goof around, focus on food or crack jokes about enemies to throw them off, often to the point where they believe he is delusional. He is smart enough to know his own limits but always overcomes his fears. He values the Real Justice of actually helping others and believes Celestial Dragons to be nothing more than greedy tyrants.

    Frayzah began to believe in gods called ‘The Writers’ after meeting a cult leader on his home island and is further fueled by his hallucinations of the people he's lost, who he often refers to as ‘ghosts’.

    Background:
    Abandoned as a baby by his World Noble parents due to him having a tail, Jimmy was found and raised by the pirates Chad and Kate Frayzah. They treated him as their own son due to not being able to have their own kids. When Frayzah was 7, his adoptive parents were caught and executed by the Marines.

    As a result, Frayzah was orphaned and grew up on relying on petty crimes to survive on his home island in the East Blue, along with 2 other kids he considered his brothers, Kane and Jason.

    The twin brothers' parents were killed by World Nobles when they objected to them taking their daughter. Unknown to anyone at the time or even now, these Nobles are actually Frayzah's birth parents and were trying to replace him

    A former Marine turned vigilante called Faysal would take them in and train them when Frayzah was 14, restoring his faith in the Marines.

    When he was 16, he learned that the island's government was filled with corruption and were working with pirate crews to rob its citizens after his mentor and brother Jason were killed by pirates.

    He became a masked vigilante inspired by Faysal and together with Kane, started a rebellion that would eventually take down the corrupt government.

    This caught the attention of the Revolutionary Army who recently tried to recruit them but they turned them down.

    While Kane joined CP in order to locate his sister, Frayzah joined the Marines to honour of Faysal.

    -Death Sheathe: Placing the sheathed sword upright and listening to the "breath" of his opponent, the attacker rapidly unsheathes, attacks, and resheathes their sword.     -Spiral Hack: This attack uses the air itself to slash the target from a distance.     Personality:
    Daiki is focused, he does everything to reach his goal and does not shy away of death. He often dives into fights not caring about the outcome and any possible injuries, as such he openly mocks and charges into his enemies. He will use any opening and kill if he is capable of doing so, however, Daiki is not a villain, he is driven by his past and his heavy emotions linked to it.     Personality
    Weapon follows a code of ethics outlined in Gonathan Westley’s Rules of the Sea, a book that holds importance to him for reasons he can no longer remember. He prefers peace over violence, respect over crudeness, and compassion over cruelty. However, he has a good sense for when there is no preferable alternative. He values honesty, freedom, and independence.

    Background
    At 14 years old, he woke up in a hospital bed surrounded by people he did not recognise. They were apparently his family.

    “You brought him back from the brink of death, but at what cost?” a man yelled at the doctor. “He doesn’t even recognise us! I’ll sue you for this.”

    He got up out of his hospital bed, to the surprise of everyone.

    “Young man, get back on the bed,” said the doctor, serious. He stopped listening. He opened the window and climbed out of it. He fell into the ocean below. Why the ocean surrounded the hospital, he did not know, nor did he care.

    He washed ashore on Stillbeat Island, where a beach hermit named Skeez found him and taught him how to survive, read the situation, and make mature decisions. He learned sword fighting from the local dojo, and various other skills from people around town. Twelve years later, and his name had made news. For reasons unknown to him, he was now a wanted man. No bounty, but even so, everyone began to shy away from him.

    “Something strange is going on,” Skeez told him. “And it’s your responsibility to find out what.”

    Weapon left Stillbeat Island after that, and began a life of piracy, as that was the route that would guarantee him the freedom necessary to investigate recent developments.

    Dante is a regular height for a human. He has long black hair the he wears in a ponytail most of the time. He mostly can be seen wearing his black leather jacket with a large popped collar. He has a lean muscular build that he has honed over years of physical training.

    Dante is known to be a charismatic man who is now for his magnetic charm. Dante may seem like a cool and collected man but he is easily angered by injustice. Justice and strength is what dante treasures most and is willing to harm others for the sake of justice. This alerted the World Government to Dants stealth skills and they thought he would be a good recruitment for the second batch of CP9 hopefuls. Dante accepted the world governments offer and begun training in the Rokushiki martian arts. During his training he began to understand justice and regret his past as a thief. At the age of 13 Dante was giving his first mission. It was to eliminate the bandit gang he grow up with has they had started to become a threat to the Illusan people. Dante completed his mission without hesitation murdering the people who raised him. Now that he had eliminated his shameful past Dante began to excel in his training, mastering all four techniques of the Rokushiki styles. Now that Dante is 22 he is a full member of CP7.

    Physical Description:
    Jade is of average height for a dwarf and has a large head and tail like all of them. She has bright blonde hair which is swept to the right side and wears a marine hat on top of her head.     Background:
    Raised in the Tontatta Kingdom under Green Bit, Jade had a peaceful early life living with the other dwarves; however, this would soon end one day.

    While away from the Kingdom with several other people they were captured by pirates, being young and not very experienced they were easily caught and held captive in a cage. The leader was a powerful pirate who had quite a lot of members of his crew.

    After several weeks of being captured the pirates headed to Sabaody Archipelago to sell them to the Slave Auction House. Before they could reach it, they were attacked by the Marines; during the battle the other Dwarves protected Jade as she was a lot younger and not as strong.

    Once the battle was over the marines investigated the cage and found Jade crying among the corpses of the Dwarves who had protected her. Marine Commander Henry Belle took pity on Jade and bought her back to a Marine Headquarters with them. Initially quite shy and running away whenever someone neared her, she eventually grew close to the Marine Commander and several other Marines.

    Jade kept thinking of returning to the Kingdom, the Marines were nice to her, but she knew she couldn’t stay forever; some of the newer recruits also kept picking on her slightly. One day she decided to leave, getting on a merchant ship from the island the Marine base was on she tried making her way back. However, she didn’t get that far before the ship was attacked by pirates, the ship was quickly overtaken by them and she was confronted by the pirate crew.

    Remembering last time and how weak she felt she tried standing up to the pirates, she managed to take them by surprise and take out a few of them but the captain of them managed to stop her. She was then tied up along with everyone else who was on the ship. The captain decided he is going to execute her and anyone else who had fought back; he started by shooting and killing some of the merchants. He eventually reached Jade, aiming his gun at her she closed her eyes and heard a gunshot; she then waited for the inevitable pain.

    Which never happened, she opened her eyes and saw the Commander Belle standing in-between her and the pirate captain. She looked around and saw that the Marines had snuck in and took down the pirates from a door to the left of her, however there hadn’t been enough time to stop the captain from shooting so the Commander had jumped in the way to save her. The Marines took down the captain as she ran over to the Commander who lay dying. He turned to look at him her and with his last few moments said that he thought of her as his own daughter and to always be good, “there is bad in the world, but anyone can be good too”. He then died as Jades tears fell onto him, the other Marines crowded around and lowered their heads to their Commander. Also seeing herself as his daughter, Jade takes his surname; Belle, to remember and honour him.

    Taking the picture of her and the Commander which he had carried for weeks as well as his Marine hat, Jade left and made her way back to the Tontatta Kingdom. She was greeted by the entire tribe who had been worried as they had had no idea what had happened to her and the other Dwarves. She told them about what had happened, showing the picture and hat as well. Using the final message from the Marine Commander; she made the decision to join the Marines, not for revenge or to protect just the innocents: to protect anyone who needs help or can’t protect themselves.


    Several years after joining the Marines, Jade had made it up the ranks. She was met with a lot of resistance when she had first joined; they had lost a marine commander Belle and had gained a female dwarf who had taken his name. She had been taught a bit of swordsmanship and other skills while at the marine base so built up her skills more training with the other marines in training. At first, she was treated poorly; the marines were quite racist to people not human, but over time after showing she could learn and was strong since she was a dwarf; attitudes changed.

    One day she was taken into an office; the office was filled with lots of high-ranking Marines who had come to the base for a meeting with her. They were there to talk to her about Henry Belle, feeling like there was more to the story than they knew; they had come to find out the full story and talk to the only dwarf in the marines as well. Jade sits down and after being asked to tell them what happened she tells them everything that happened; from her being captured from her home by pirates, to Henry dying for her. After listening to her, a few of them didn’t believe her and accused her of killing him and trying to infiltrate the marines. She slowly tears up after hearing them accuse her and she starts crying; they stop accusing her and decide to take her at her word and believe that she took his name as they thought each other as father and daughter.

    Several days later, after a phone call from the commander-in-chief, Jade was on a marine battleship and was headed to Marineford; she was asked to come there since she was the only dwarf and so she could see the pride of the Marines. Once she arrives, Jade gets off the ship and heads towards the building. She meets several Vice Admirals and other high-ranking Marines; including Admiral Kizaru, who she thinks is quite odd but can tell he is very powerful. After several days Jade heads to another marine base which trains her better than the one before since it has more marines of different ranks and people to help teach.

    Now being at the rank of Commodore and having slightly more leeway being the only member of her race in the marines, Jade was now able to access information that the lower ranks couldn’t; statistics on marines, information about certain projects in the World Government and more. Jade was a follower of Innocent Justice, she would save anyone she believed to be innocent no matter who they were, pirates who didn’t do anything bad and was there just for adventure she wouldn’t capture. This made her not too popular with the World Government as she would frequently ignore orders and do things which was against the way of the Marines to save people, or to stop people from being too injured by stopping a fight.

    Searching through some paperwork at an important marine base for something to help her write a report, Jade found a report which caught her eye even though she couldn’t see the title. Taking it out she looked at it and found out it was a list of prices and numbers for the Slave Auction; the list included races she didn’t know much or anything about: but her own race was on it. Shocked and feeling betrayed she keeps looking through the report and at other things she finds about corruption, evil things the World Government has done etc. The World Government and Marines weren’t there to help everyone; they were there to help themselves and the ones they felt who matter.

    Jades entire view was shattered; she had been with the Marines for years and although she knew some of the Marines and members of World Government were bad she didn’t think it was to the extent that it was a small amount that was good and just. Jade then quits the Marines and finds the Revolutionary Army; having had several dealings with them before, she was at first not accepted but overtime joined them and became a high-ranking member of the organisation to protect the innocent.

    Lee is a Killer Whale Fishman. Throughout his childhood, Lee was fairly tall for his age. His skin was dark and shiny with the exception of two circular white spots on his head, as well as a white streak that runs from under his eyes down to bottom of his abdomen. He has a large Dorsal fin on his back, and has webbed hands and feet. He wore shorts with flowers on them with a brown belt for the majority of his childhood.

    As an officer in the Navy, Lee stands over 12 feet tall and muscular. He has the Kanji for “Justice” brandished onto his left peck. He wears a baggy pair of pants tied to his waste by a Martial Artist’s belt, and sports a Marine Officer cape that he wears over his shoulders and his limp Dorsal Fin. He wields two Anchors with their chains wrapped around his arms for his own fighting style that he created.

    Lee is a very introverted and thoughtful character. He spends his time out of battle reflecting on the world around him, and on why things are the way that they are. He is very philosophical in nature, often reflecting on concepts and ideas, and often finds himself lost in thought, even in the heat of the moment.

    Contrary to Killer Whales in nature, Lee is not a very social person, and often enjoys quiet solitude over group events. Lee does not enjoy socializing with others, outside of furthering his own goals and ambitions. This stems from his childhood, in which he always found difficulty connecting with other children even on a basic level, due to him being a Fishman and the children he was raised with being human.

    Lee often finds himself being insulted or berated by others who find his appearance frightening, unnatural, or monstrous. Rather than causing Lee to have self-esteem issues, this has caused him to develop a slight superiority complex over people that he believes himself to be genetically superior to.

    Lee practices Martial Arts in his free time, which he has been passionate about since he was a child. He especially enjoys fights where he is allowed to test his techniques and strategies against worthy opponents. Lee finds thrill in developing new skills and techniques, believing that before he can conquer evil, he must first conquer himself and his own limitations.

    As a Fishman, Lee is a master swimmer and feels at home when he is in the water. Seeing as how Lee has never met another Fishman, he views the water as the one place that he can go where no one can follow him, and where he can truly be alone and in perfect solitude. In his early days as a Marine, his squad mates would often remark on how Lee would sometimes swim underwater along the bottom of the ship rather than stay on board with other Marines. Others have noticed how even small contact with water seems to calm him.

    Lee is a skilled manipulator and negotiator with his enemies, despite being anti-social with his comrades. More likely to attempt to talk his way through a situation before he tries to fight his way through it, he will often intentionally put his enemies in a position where they have to make a difficult decision in an attempt to throw them off of their game. Lee is also extremely skilled at deconstructing the mind-games that his opponents may try and play with him. For this reason, it is very, very difficult for his enemies to attack him on a personal level using words, or to otherwise distract him using wordplay.

    As a carnivorous Fishman, Lee’s favorite food is raw beef. Others often remark that he looks like a savage while eating. His favorite drink is water, and he does not drink Alcohol, believing that it tastes awful most of the time.

    Lee enjoys reading books every chance he gets. He’ll often be caught reading at times that seem very inopportune. He considers the activity a way to relax himself, and often uses books as an outlet to help himself cope with the things that he sees around him.

    Lee’s signature laugh is “Ji Ra Ra Ra”. Lee rarely laughs, so the people who have heard this laugh are few and far between.

    Lee does not sleep. He lays down with his eyes closed but rarely falls into a deep sleep.

    Lee operates under his own moral system called Black & White Justice. In this system, Lee sees any man who would raise his own flag against the established order as representing “evil,” and anyone who devotes themselves to maintaining the established order as representing “good.” As such, he believes firmly in his responsibilities to the doctrine of Justice (to punish a criminal that has done something wrong in a suitable manner that fits their crime) and in pursuing and destroying evil mercilessly and uncompromisingly. Lee does not believe that evil can be compromised with or be made to see reason under any circumstance, and instead must be destroyed entirely. Most commonly, this attitude will manifest in Lee’s uncompromising and merciless approach to Pirates and other notorious criminals.

    In battle, Lee prioritizes keeping civilians and innocents safe over anything else, and often will intentionally place himself in between “evil” and civilians present. He believes that it is his first and foremost moral responsibility to ensure that good lives on. Despite being a very thoughtful individual outside of battle, Lee often finds himself losing composure during battles. He has very little consideration for restraint in a fight when there are no civilians involved, and often finds himself over-committing and taking more injury than was really necessary.

    The stench of gunpowder would never leave his nose. His ears had long ago grown used to the thunderous boom of cannon fire. These things don’t startle him anymore like they did when he was a child.

    His name was Lee. He never knew who his parents were, and he didn’t really care. He grew up on an island not big or important enough to have a name. He would find himself in and out of an orphanage. It wasn’t that the other children didn’t like him, just that they knew he was different from them. They made fun of him every now and then for it.

    The adults who took care of him taught him to read, write, and speak. They called him a “Fishman.” He was the only Fishman among the children, and sometimes he grew annoyed with the children’s teasing, so he would run off alone. None of the other children or even the adults could catch him. He was stronger and faster than them all even when he was only 6. And once he would jump into the water, he felt nearly unstoppable. It felt as though the ocean was where he was born to be.

    He’d stay gone from the orphanage for a few days at a time. Somehow he felt better alone then he did with others. But he would always return to them when he saw those black flags on the horizon.

    There wasn’t much about life that he’d consider routine. Sometimes he’d have a bed to sleep in, sometimes he felt more comfortable sleeping in the ocean off of the coast of the island. But Lee never, not once, slept with both eyes shut. Because he never knew when the pirates would come.

    There was only one truth he knew, that at any time, Pirates could strike. They were everywhere, all in search of some legendary treasure. They’d pass through firing cannons at each other, ransacking the village, and taking all the food that the villagers had worked to grow for themselves. The marines wouldn’t protect the island because it had no money or means to support the marine soldiers.

    When pirates attacked, he and the orphans would hide together. Even though they made fun of him sometimes, Lee felt like it was his job, as the strongest, to keep them safe. The adults would lock all the doors, and most of the time the pirates wouldn’t pay much attention to people cowering in their homes. But every so often, particularly nasty pirates would pull people out of their homes into the street and beat people while demanding money, unaware the village was dirt poor from all previous pirate attacks. The pirates would leave with stomachs fat from eating the villagers’ food, and the whole process would repeat. Thankfully the village people had learned to grow large amounts of food and stash it away in secret in the event of pirate attack.

    Lee would read books all of the time, both fictional and real. Books were his escape from the life he lived. In fact he probably learned more from books then he did from anything else. It was from books that he learned about the world outside of his home, about islands covered in snow, about islands made entirely of food, about an island filled with people just like him, about pirates, about justice, and much more. The villagers let him keep the books he borrowed, as he was really the only one who seemed to enjoy reading them.

    One of the most important lessons he would learn from books would be the basics of Fishman Karate. Lee would spend a ton of time in his youth practicing different basics. Fishman Karate was his passion. He would imagine himself one day using Fishman Karate to fight off pirates.

    One day, his life changed forever. A particularly nasty pirate came to his home island. This large, fat, stinky man was supposedly a pirate worth over 100 million berries. This man was literally worth more to the government than his entire village.

    This pirate wasn’t content with just taking the food and leaving, he actually set up camp on this island and spent a few days eating and drinking (the villages food supply of course). This pirate tore every home in the village, finding every secret food stash the villagers kept. Their captain rambling about how he was convinced that the village had money he needed to buy a new ship. He kept talking about how horrible the New World was.

    Eventually the pirates made their way to the orphanage. They tore the place apart, rounded up all the children, and found a certain stash of books under one of the beds. They seemed particularly fascinated when Lee shouted at them not to touch the books.

    They rounded up all the children with the rest of the townsfolk. They sat Lee, in particular, in the front. When the captain lay eyes on him, his expression lit up. He had previously been acting like a traumatized drunk, but suddenly Lee saw a blazing spark of ambition in his eyes.

    The captain explained that as a Fishman, the World Nobles would pay a very, very hefty price for Lee. Apparently they would pay so much that the pirates could end their search for money. They tied Lee up with the rest of the villagers and proceeded to light a bonfire in the town center, where they would drink and party.

    To Lee’s horror, the pirates began to use his books as fuel for the fire. But he kept silent. He couldn’t scream. He wasn’t scared, more shocked and enraged. All the knowledge that those books contained, all the history and ideas, were incinerated in an instant by a bunch of drunken pirates. In this moment, Lee realized how truly evil he thought pirates were. These men would be the end of civilization.

    The next morning, the pirates loaded Lee onto their ship and left the island. As they sailed off into the distance, Lee looked back upon the island he had called home and watched it fade from sight. He swore to himself that he would one day return home and stay up all night to ensure these villagers a good-night’s sleep.

    The pirates warned their captain of a terrible storm on the horizon, but the captain was too blinded by ambition (and alcohol) to take his men’s warning seriously. He was eager to sell Lee off and claim his prize money. He commanded his men to try and sail through the storm anyway.

    The ship was quickly struck by lightning, and disappeared into the waves, sinking into the depths below. It’s men too drunk and beaten by the harsh storm to swim upward. As the ship sank further and further down into the ocean, Lee found strength to tear through the ropes used to tie him up. He began to swim to the surface, but not before looking down to see the pirates all sinking into the abyss grasping for air. Some of them saw Lee swimming upwards and reached their hands out for him. But Lee would do nothing.

    Their captain attempted to swim upward, but his fat form wasn’t at all suited for swimming fast. With rage overtaking him, Lee darted like a bullet at the pirate, moving through the water like he never had before. He slammed headfirst into the man’s stomach, and watched air bubbles fly from the man’s mouth. The man stopped swimming and began to drown once more. Lee felt empowered.

    He looked back down at the pirates below. The sight of their helpless and terrified expressions was satisfying to him. He felt like he had gotten his revenge against these men. Like the natural order was on his side. He swam to the surface feeling like a new man.

    Lee swam aimlessly for days until he found an island that with a large city near the shore. He was starving and weak from exhaustion. He felt as though he would collapse from hunger alone.

    He made his way into the city, where he would find many different races of people. Some with long arms, some that looked like animals, and more. Out of desperation he would do something he never thought he would do: Lee stole food from a busy marketplace.

    As Lee snuck off to eat the food, he realized that morality was not so black and white, and that he too would do whatever it takes to survive. He was disgusted with himself, but still he ate.

    In this moment, Lee realized a truth that would stay his heart forever: that people will do whatever it takes to survive. That if someone who hated evil such as Lee could be driven to do wrong, that much weaker willed men than Lee would do so as well. That in order for good people to sleep soundly through the night, people like Lee would need to devote themselves to protecting the helpless and crushing evil without exception.

    Lee decided to devote himself to the ideals of Justice which he had read about in books before. He would crush evil with all his might! He would stand between evil and the innocent, and be the beacon of hope that good people needed! And one day, when his job was done, he would finally sleep with both eyes shut.

    Self created ultimate moves in which Lee pushes his Martial Artist and Haki abilities to the absolute limit, allowing him to pull off a series of finisher moves at the cost of serious drawbacks.

    Because of the double-edged nature of these attacks, Lee will only use them in the most severe of situations.

    —-Tekkai: Super Alloy Unyielding Justice—-

    Description: For one turn, Lee flexes his muscles with all of his might, increasing his Durability stat by a staggering +4 durability ranks. Lee cannot move while using this technique.

    Drawback: Lee is deafened for one turn. Becomes unable to use any Tekkai moves again for one entire story day after this move is used.

    Personality:
    Still being a child in many aspects, Vera is an enthusiastic, carefree and easy-going person. She particularly sticks out for her recklessness and light-mindedness. Vera never takes anything seriously and usually prefers to play around. Because of this, most of the Revolutionaries consider her as their little sister.

    Vera can also prove to be quite naive and unaware of the "outside world", since she has yet to leave Baltigo on an actual mission. Because of this, she displays great excitement and admiration in simple things, and can be easily amazed. She's also easily fooled and doesn't think much, but prefers to act on a whim.

    Backstory:
    Vera was born in the Goa Kindgom, to poor parents who lived in the Grey Terminal. There, while growing up, she quickly learned how to survive in this harsh environment, living from theft and burglary. 10 years ago, when she was 5, she was caught together with her parents in the fire set by the Bluejam Pirates, but they were fortunately saved by the Revolutionary Army.

    Having nowhere to go, Vera and her parents enthusiastically joined the Revolutionaries, and moved to Baltigo. Over the years, Vera came to consider the Revolutionary Army as family, and notably forged strong bonds with Sabo, whom she still looks up to as a big brother since they came from the same island in the first place.

    When she was 12, she became a student of Isuka, a former Marine who had decided to switch sides after witnessing up close the evil ways of some of the higher-ups of the Navy (see Novel of Ace). Isuka has since been teaching her the Nailing Style, a rapier-wielding, fencing style that consists of piercing opponents full of holes.

    Due to her young age, she only recently started to be active as a full-fledged member of the Revolutionary Army, and has since joined Jade Belle's squad.

    Ratchet had been born in South Blue on a ship. Her family didn't have a single place where they lived because of their work conditions. Her father was a Engineer and her mother was a Chemist. Various Kingdoms , Mafia families and other requested their audience for a job. Ratchet didn't mind this because she always liked to help her father and mother in their work. In her free time while sailing she was also reading and thinkering about many little things. One day her family recieved a job offer from a fellow scientist to come and work for him in the science group he created. Offer was rejected because her family didn't want to put too much heat on them. While leaving the scientist told them that if they ever change their mind that they should come to him.

    Actions of her parents was noticed by the Marines and WG who were keeping a close eye on them for now, her family wasn't doing anything big that needed the reaction from WG. Some time later her family took a job for a mafia family to make a batch of new weapons. While working on it a spy from WG that was based in the mafia family reported that back to the HQ. WG and Marines seeing this chance decided to catch them and recruit them and forcefully make them work for them instead for other factions.

    Marines launched a raid on her family in hopes to capture them. During the scuffle granade fell near Ratchet and wounded her. Her parents barely managed to escape with her with the help of a mafia family. With no where to go her family decided to take the offer of the scientist and join his group.

    On arrival the scientist introduced himself as Vegapunk who immediately took Ratchet to Med-Bay and healed her with advanced technology. While in Med-Bay her parents often brought her books to read which helped her recover faster.

    She and her family spent a lot of time there with no disturbance. But that idyllic life didn't last long. Marines and WG raided the science group and took in custody every scientist they could find. Ratchet's parents hid her away and told her to run away from here with a group of scientist.

    While on the run she saw her parents being taken away by the forces of Marines and WG. That crushed her and she didn't want to live anymore. During the escape her group was found by a Marine Ship who was ready to kill them because WG didn't want any witnesses to the event.

    In the nick of time they were saved by Rev. Army who offered them shelter. While in the Rev. Army base she was approached by the commander of the base Lindberg. He helped her focus her energy into rescuing her parrents. Ratchet woved to see WG brought down so that she can save her parents. She sparred no time and used all of her knowledge she learned from her parents and books and decided to join Lindberg as an apprentice

    Years passed and Ratchet was appointed to her first group under Jade. There her story began.

    Minuano is a slightly lean young man with long chestnut coloured hair tied in a ponytail with dark brown eyes. He has a scar across that goes across his left side of the face. He is seen wearing mostly a dark purple yukata with flower patterns around the edges and a sedge hat. During cold periods he is also seen wearing a scarf and a black haori jacket on top of the yukata to keep him warm.

    For most of his youth, Minuano has had a short temper which more than often lead to him trying to solve conflicts with brute strength rather than discussion no matter who he is up against.

    Now in his early 20's Minuano has become slightly calmer and thus tries to keep to himself and avoid crowded places as much as he can.

    Minuano is a descendent of a long line of samurai from the world reknowned Wano country. It was nearly 200 years ago that his ancestors after a power struggle with the shogun of the time fled the country and settled down in North Blue.

    Throughout most of his youth the only thing that he knew was practising with his strict father the art of the samurai day in and day out to one day take over as the family head. The process would have broken him rather soon if it wasn't for his mother who were always there cheering him on and tell him bedtime stories of brave men sailing the seas.

    A spring day when Minuano was in his 20's a heated conflict between him and his father led to everyone's surprise him leaving the clan and set out to the sea. But not before stealing the family heirloom- Murasama, the crimson red blade which rivaled the O Wazamono. Together with his new blade he set out to make a name for himself.

    Murasama - Handed down for generations in his family, Murasama is a blade which can easily rival the O Wazamono grade swords. The Murasama's sheath contains a rifle mechanism and a trigger located below the sword's hilt. By triggering this mechanism Minuano can launch his sword from the sheath and use techniques with increased momentum. The blade itself sports a crimson red color with a pitch black hilt.

    -Desert Spada ("Treasured Sword of Desert"): The user forms their right hand into a loose blade of fast-moving sand and then stabs it into the ground, extending it along the ground like a torpedo, splitting anything in its path, including the very ground itself, through extreme and focused erosion created by the sand blade, which is strong enough to slice a man in half.

    -Desert Girasole ("Desert Sunflower"): The user creates another loose sand blade from their right hand with Desert Spada. Like Desert Spada, they stab it into the ground causing the area in front of him to collapse. However, a giant pit of quicksand will be formed instead, with the sand being taken away by underground rivers (which they can detect). Anything caught in the pit will be sucked in and buried alive.
    41 Mastery - This attack can only be done while in a desert terrain

    -Barján ("Crescent-Shaped Dune"): The user swings their right arm forward while leaving a crescent shaped trail of sand behind it. Anything hit by that trail is instantly robbed of all moisture because of the user's dehydration ability.

    -Sables ("Sandstorm"): The user summons a massive tornado of sand and sends it on a rampage. Once this sandstorm grows large enough, not even they can stop it. Another usage is to send people flying with this technique.

    -Ground Secco ("Mud Crack"): The user places their hand on the ground and uses their dehydration ability to dry out a huge area around them, turning it into a desert wasteland.     -Ground Death ("Cycle of Erosion"): An extremely strong version of Ground Secco.     Five Fighting Postures
    Kenjutsu operates from five primary stances, or Itsutsu No Kamae. The five fighting postures are sword held overhead, sword held to the side, middle thrust, sword pointing down and horizontal. The five postures are linked together in a chain of motions that allow the swordsman to adapt to any battle condition. These five postures are the basis for kenjutsu training and conditioning.     Dream: to kill the leaders of the World Government (a complete 180 from his former pre-tournament self!):
    Influenced by the ideas of Daiki and the murder of Dante, Shalki was left alone and to his own imperfect mind and the constant annoyance of cpu telling him to return to serve the WG and kill those in his way. The killing part backfired on cpu and crept into Shalki subconscious. With his original goals and mind currently shattered from killing Dante, he grew to hate cpu more and more. Eventually learnin enough about cybernetics to edit cpu’s programming his mind was cleared. HOWEVER, it was curropted. No longer innocent and pure, Shalki found his new dream of revenge after seeing how he could no longer live with his previous family in Skypiean. He still hated death and killing, but Daiki was right, the world needed balance!

    Shalki is an extremely complicated character. He has been shaped by a myriad of ideology and has been traveling the grand line for 5 whole years. He started off very innocent and adventurous like Luffy, but then lost his body and life. The weirdest part about his goal specifically is his own ideology from Skypiea about not wanting to kill which conflicts with his original cpu's ideology of killing everyone that the WG wanted him to kill. This further got jumbled up from Daiki telling him about the world needing balance. Cpu actually took over his body once and killed someone which fucked Shalki up pretty badly. He was able to overcome his old cpu and replace the programming so it no longer messes with his mental state.

    Because of all of this: Shalki wants to kill lots of people. Shalki also doesn't want to kill anyone. It is very confusing. He may end up going mentally insane. This is the order of how much he wants to kill them.

He wants to understand how nature works and control it. He wants to become a "gentleman" so he can become accepted by people and not be seen as a monster.

    Having his own unique set of ideals and trying to order life in this way is also what makes Shalki a "Lawful Neutral" character.

    Skypiean Shalki: Shalki was once a normal Skypiean male with neck length straight/spikey blonde hair and parted bangs.

    C.P.T. #01: After being repaired and turned into a cyborg, Dr. Vegapunk's C.P.T. #01 was a silver metal skinned humanoid monster with violet pads on his brow, shoulders, knees, groin and forearms.

    Shalki (C.P.T. #02): After learning about cybernetics and reinforcing himself, Shalki now sports bright sunlight golden skin plating and deep fire red/orange padding. He has cybernetic antenna built from his old and destroyed Skypiean physiology that is used to detect patterns in the atmosphere. His mouth is not easily visible, but post-tournament it does exist. His eyes are cybernetically designed to mimic the color of the sky and weather.

    Shalki (C.P.T. #03): An updated mouth and eyes to look more human and a crystal power gem now inside his brow plate.

    Background:
    Pre-Tournament:
    C.P.T. Was once a regular Skypian man with a dream to visit the Vaerth after seeing a fun and friendly group of Pirates. He saved up his money and was able to purchase an octopus balloon to ride down on! Sadly, before his balloon ride was complete a passing marines ship mistook that octopus as a monster trying to attack them and shot it down from the sky. Falling from such a great height is of course never lethal, but the Skypian man suffered serious injury to his whole body. The Marines, realizing what they had done took the man to get healed. The doctors told them that he was incapable of fixing him because of the amount of damage his body had sustained and so he was brought to Dr. Vegapunk.

    Vegapunk used the Skypian’s body as a test subject to try out different cyborg enhancements that he was working on. While rebuilding the Skypian, Vegapunk got an order to turn the man into a killing machine so the Marines could use him to fight.

    When the man woke up he had no idea what he had become and his memories were incomplete at best. All he knew is that he didn’t trust the Marines. He was taken to be trained at a Marine Base by Kaku who had dissapointed the CP Agency and needed to redeem himself. After being thoroughly tortured in "training" C.P.T. knew he had to escape. The first chance you got he snuck off. The Marines were unable to stop the bionic man due to the upgrades Vegapunk gave him and Kaku not watching him at that moment. C.P.T. had a subconscious desire to become a Pirate just like the crew he admired.

    Tournament:
    C.P.T. met Daiki who taught him that balance is important and that he may have to kill someday. Then he met Tiago who reminded him the animalistic and unavoidable nature of mankind. He also met Lepi who taught him how fighting can be pleasureable and painful at the same time. Finally he met Dante who he had accidentally killed after his cpu took over his body.

    Post-Tournament:
    Confronted heavily by the ideas of death, combat, killing and fighting for fun and pleasure, Shalki found himself in a spiral of despair after murdering Dante. He spent years traveling the sea learning about navigation and cybernetics. He was able to drastically increase his knowledge of these things at a super-human rate thanks to his cpu. Shalki was able to change his cybernetics and reprogrammed cpu to work with him. After a few years of wandering he found out about Skypiea and remembered that it is where he was from.

    He traveled there only to be confronted with fear and confusion from his former family who he seemed to remember little about. He tried to live with them, but neither of them could get used to the new cyborg that Shalki had become. Distraught by what he had become and how he lost who he once was, Shalki decided to go on another self searching journey. He spent another few years traveling between sky islands learning weather science from the sky's intellectuals. Eventually after pondering the meaning of his life he came to the conclusion that he needed to stop the World Government from taking away the lives of other victims like himself and returned to the blue sea to get revenge.

    It was on the blue sea that he really began to study science and cybernetics greatly and was able to even rebuild his cybernetic parts to suit him.

    At a summer island in the desert he met Drago @Dragomir who he helped cross the sands and meet back up with his crew, which happened to be the Silver Haired Pirates. Declining an invitation to join them, Shalki felt he was not ready to be weighed down and was still far to weak to accomplish his goal. The duo had been bailed out in an intense fight with a Dragon by Deus Ex Machina happening. After leaving Drago with his crew, Shalki returned to the desert to mesas to study the dry climate to learn new weather techniques and train.

    After feeling like he successfully surpassed the red sand desert Shalki traveled to an autumn island where he was discovered by a marine, Jade @Ziosa. After loosing an intense battle, he was able to coincidentally convince Jade into leaving the World Government. It was after this fight that Shalki truely realized what he was up against and he decided he needed to find a strong group of people with a matching ideology in order to help him.

    Eventually he was found by and joined with The Everything Pirates led by Joby who's taoist ideologies of life and admiration for freedom really resonated with Shalki. He serves Joby as the crews navigator.

    Skypiea:
    Traveling originally to Skypiea to free his people from Enel's rule, Shalki wanted to be excepted by his family who were horrified by what he had become. Upon reaching Skypiea, Shalki was told by Connis that his mother, Reli, was killed for traveling to upper yard. Shalki returned home to see it was true. His sister, Yera, hated him even more than she did before, blaming the death of their mother on Shalki. Suffering a mental breakdown, Shalki recklessly took his sleeping captain into the upper yard leaving the rest of his crew to fend for themselves.

    At upper yard Shalki found the man responsible for killing his mother (Shura, one of Enel's priests) and further suffered an even deeper mental breakdown due to Shura's taunting. Leaving his crew to fight, he suffered a seemingly mortal wound.

    Post Skypiea:
    After suffering greatly at his homeland (mentally and physically almost dying), Shalki needed to find himself and grow stronger. He took a month off to head to a Summer Island, Baobab, and train. He co-incidentally met back up with Drago @Dragomir and his friend Alias (NPC) of the Silver Hair Pirates there.

    -Mirage Tempo (蜃気楼 (ミラージュ) テンポ Mirāju Tenpo?): The user uses the "Cool Ball" in a dry and hot environment to change the air density and create a mirage of themself. The extreme difference in temperature causes major light refraction, allowing the user to disappear and create an illusionary copy of themself. Lasts 1 turn.(60Mastery) Costs 10 Weather Balls

    -Thunderbolt Tempo (サンダーボルト テンポ Sandāboruto Tenpo?): The user uses "Cool Ball" to make the air cooler while they use "Heat Ball" to suck up the moisture. The heated air then rises and collides with the cold air. The air then condenses and creates a cloud. The user continues to enlarge the cloud by producing more "Heat Balls" and "Cool Balls." Finally, they use a "Thunder Ball" to electrify the cloud. Soon after, a powerful lightning bolt strikes their opponent.

    Personality:
    Jobymamushi is inspired by the many "Sage" figures presented in the Chuang Tzu. He is absurd and humorous. He is very emotional and boisterous. He desires what he calls, TOTAL FREEDOM, that is, freedom without prejudice, discernment, or laws. No Justice. No Punishment. No Reward or Gain. No Self-Interest. No 'Self.' He sees everything as the same with no distinctions, and though he is capable of horrific violence, he will only use it against those who seek to control or govern others. He looks at the Revolutionary Army with the same eyes he looks at the World Government.
    Background:
    Joby was born on the “island” of Zou, like most other Minks. However, for the first 7 years of Joby’s life this origin would be a mystery to him. Because for some reason Joby had, at the time of his being born into this world, been separated from the country of his birth. Joby does not remember much of how he arrived at the jungle island he would eventually call his home instead. Only that he would often dream of riding on the back of a giant elephant, or falling from the sky into the sea...

    Jobymamushi eventually washed ashore a large but uninhabited island covered in a vast jungle, where among other things, he would eat a very very delicious tasting fruit (but never find another one like it again on the island), and be captured by a strange looking creature (supposedly years later), who he would eventually learn was called 'a smelly old man.'

    From the smelly old man, Joby learned nothing of shame, or value, or control, nothing of good or evil. Not even Crime or Punishment and certainly nothing of "Justice". Perhaps the greatest gift his master had given him, was that he allowed for the kind of upbringing that kept Joby’s mind simple. Anything he ever wanted, the smelly old man taught him how to work with the elements of nature around him to procure. And anything more that he wanted, his master taught him how to not want. The smelly old man had weakened Joby’s ambitions and desires and strengthened his tendons and bones, kept his mind empty, and his stomach full. He taught him that to live is to borrow and if we must borrow to live, then what could life be other than a magnificent heap of trash! He gave Joby his name, taught him to speak, read, and write, gave him knowledge of his heritage and the world outside their island paradise, as well as passing on to him everything he could of his martial art.

    His name was Master Every T. No Name.

    Master No Name was a world class martial artist. His skill and knowledge was something that would forever be beyond even Jobymamushi’s own grasp. Lost to the world forever with his death--which was exactly how No Name had wanted it. You see, there was a reason Jobymamushi always had a black eye and a large bump on his head, as well as missing teeth…. and not to mention the perpetual state of limbo the relationship between his nose and his face had been since the last time his master had cut it off! Every T. No Name, Jobymamushi’s master and the only parent and friend he had ever known (before meeting his crew), could inflict wounds that never healed. No matter the nature of the injury, how minor or grievous, it could not be undone. The man hated this power of his--this is what prompted him to seek out this island in the first place: to live out the rest of the years Heaven had given him, in peace.

    However, for some reason, No Name could inflict no such wound on the young Jobymamushi. His body was full of a vital energy unlike any No Name had seen before. Jobymamushi did not know it before No Name had raised him up well enough to be able to explain it to him (Jobymamushi couldn’t speak when No Name first took him in, it took 2 years before he started to get it), but he had—in his youth—eaten a devil fruit: the gomu gomu no mi….

    “You’ve given yourself a strange ability indeed my darling Jobymamushi! Your’s is a body that resists Change! ………Or is it that it embraces Change more readily than others……. WELL! IN THE WORDS OF MY THERAPIST, ‘both can be true’! You stay together by yielding to the forces that would seek to tear you apart! By allowing your body to take on whatever shape it needs to to survive, you always ensure that it returns back to the way it was. Learn from this body my sweet sweet Jobymamushi! Embrace nothing! Turn nothing away! THE WORLD IS YOURS! Hmmmm.... It would also seem that being made out of rubber has improved the vital functions of your internal organs by making them stretchy….. some how….. your wounds heal, even if I hurt you! How wonderful:vonFlame:!”

    No Name proceeds to smack the roughly 7 year old Mink straight across his back enthusiastically. The blow unintentionally knocks the Mink face first into the ground. Jobymamushi slept for 3 days after that. But the wounds healed. This strange man, became Jobymamushi's whole world. He loved him that much.

    Years later, on his death bed, after succumbing to illness and frailty of age, No Name could no longer walk or get up, he had given Jobymamushi (maybe 17 years old at the time) his final beating, nocking out a third of his teeth, bruising his right eye, leaving quite the nasty bump on top of his head, and cutting off his nose for the eleventh—and final—time.

    Blood was pouring out of Joby’s face from the places his nose and his teeth had been, and tears were gushing down from his eyes as his master recounted his favorite poem, the one he had recited to Joby so often before, one last time:

    Every T. No Name was dead. Jobymamushi was besides himself with grief. He couldn’t breath. The world was spinning. He could feel his heart beating in his throat. He stuck his entire fist in his mouth to help calm himself down—as No Name had taught him to do….





    ….but it did not work..... Jobymamushi wept for three weeks without respite, until finally building himself a raft, and setting off on the first leg of his free and easy wanderings into the Broad and Boundless….. but that is a story for another time. The wounds from that final beating, never healed. Joby never wanted them to.
    Gomu Gomu no Mi:
    —Gomu gomu no: “wave” punch—
    Throwing his arm back over his shoulder causing it to stretch back anywhere from 1-(gomu mastery) meters, Joby then swings it back down like a backfist across his body attempting to strike his oponent in a downward diagonal arc. Using his shoulder as the pivot point of the strike, once the first pass has been made—regardless of whether or not the first strike is successful or dodged—Joby swings the stretched arm back around, this time striking diagonally downward across his opponent’s body with a downward “reverse” hammer fist, making an “X” pattern before swinging back around to its starting position (thrown back over joby’s opposite shoulder).

    By continually swinging his arm like a thick rubber whip with an iron ball at the end of it, Joby can maintain the length of his stretched arm. The arm will quickly snap back to normal when Jobymamushi tenses the muscles in his shoulder to jerk the arm back, ending the technique.

    —Gomu Gomu no Nozumamushi (nose viper)—
    Whipping his head around while allowing his nose to stretch out and swing around, the intention of the strike is to hit the oponent across their face, weapon, arm, shoulder, or side of their leg, using the momentum of the strike—not so much to damage the oponent—but more to cause their body to pivot in place, turning away from Joby so that their back is facing him, giving a more advantageous position to attack from with a stronger blow. (21 mastery, 41 reaction speed, 21 movement speed)

    —Gomu Gomu no: “Arrow” Punch!—
    Executed like a gomu gomu no: pistol, but instead of using a closed fist, Joby attacks with the tips of his fingers (pulling his thumb back tight and keeping his fingers outstretched, straight and held together like a spear). This technique is good for causing greater damage to a smaller target area. If total scaled damage of the strike is a tier higher than the target's durability, joby’s hand will actually puncture the target like a sword.

    --Gomu Gomu no: "Rubber Tiger"--
    Jobymamushi completely relaxes his arm and flicks it out toward his target, while holding his hand in a "Tiger's Claw" position. This technique resembles "Snake shot" and can follow its target (to a certain extent) if they dodge. As soon as Joby's tiger claw strikes its target, his five fingers dig in and grab hold tightly as he completes the technique by tensing all the muscles in his body, causing the previously relaxed and wiggly rubber arm to violently snap taught, forcing all of the vibration into the opponent's body. This attack causes an equal amount of damage to disperse throughout the opponent's body and causes nausea and vertigo for the following turn (by violently vibrating the internal organs and inner ear).

    --Gomu Gomu no: "Rubber Monkey"--
    Joby dashes around in an evasive manner as he flings his arms behind himself, completely relaxed and wiggly, then flicks them horizontally toward either side of his opponent's head, attempting to clap their ears with open, cupped palms. This is not grievously damaging, but it is incredibly disorienting and will cause a painful ringing in both ears and a "head underwater" feeling for 2 full turns. Any currently active stat changes from musicians are canceled as soon as this attack lands. After both palms strike the opponent's ears, Joby's rubber arms slap together violently, propelling a ripple of force up his outstretched arms into Joby's palms causing his opponent to be thrown back a distance as his arms snap back to normal.

    --Gomu Gomu no: "10,000 Arrow Punch"--
    While in Gear 2, Jobymamushi executes a rapid fire version of gomu gomu no: "arrow punch" essentially a 'jet-gattling gun' version of Joby's attack. The difference being that, attacking with the tips of his fingers causes the force to be concentrated into a much smaller space, and in this version, Jobymamushi focuses on striking a single point dozens of times in a second.

    --Gomu Gomu no: "Black Tiger Steals the Heart"--
    Jobymamushi's version of 'Red Hawk,' executed with a "Tiger's Claw" as opposed to a closed fist. While in Gear 2, Jobymamushi flings his arm back, stretching it as far as it goes, and covers it in armament haki hardening. He then quickly dashes forward toward his opponent as fast as he can, as the arm snaps back at such speeds that it actually catches fire! Aside from being Jobymamushi's fastest and strongest punch, "Black Tiger" also causes burning damage as a large fireball shoots out the other side of where Jobymamushi strikes his opponent. This technique also leaves a single, deep black bruise in the shape of a tiger's paw on the opposite side of the body where the strike landed.

    Attire: Jobymamushi most often wears very formal clothing. His favorite shirt which he wears most often is a warmish medium grey that has crossed out insignia of the Marines and Revolutionary Army as front breast-pockets. He has a thick intricately patterned tie, with a simple but elegant tie-clip which keeps it in place. Dark grey slacks which fit comfortably and breath well. Nice leather dress-shoes (black/shiny). A single, shiny lavender purple pocket square. Small sewing kit for reattaching nose when it comes off in fights.

    Standing Still Stance “Settling Dust”

    Description:
    the foundational stance from which all other “Tiger Hunting” techniques must be executed from. Loosely based off the same principles of the Chinese martial art known as “Yiquan” the stance is stable yet relaxed and gives the impression of the users body and intention becoming as stable/rooted/unmoving as a big old tree. Standing in this stance gives the user the sensation of having all the tension in their body and mind settle down into their lower legs and feet(like dirt or sand settling in water), becoming solid stable and rooted mass to stand on. Both feet must remain on the ground at all times for the stance to be “active”. The fighting principle behind this style is that ‘in combat, a big motion is not so good as a small one, and a small motion is not so good as not moving at all!’ The user uses every joint in their body in unison to make short quick decisive and adaptive motions that require as little physical movement as possible. While in this stance, the user's feet cannot be uprooted off the ground.

    Mud Walking

    once the user’s “dust has settled”, Mud Walking allows the user to move around while keeping Standing Still Stance "active."     Tiger “Punch”

    Using the heavy counter-weighted pummel at the blunt end of the tiger fork, the user crushes an advancing opponent's lead foot/toes (striking in a manner similar to striking a cue ball in the game of pool). The goal is to crush the bones in the opponents foot, to make movement more difficult.

    Description:
    the user intercepts an incoming attack by flicking their wrist to quickly spin the tigerfork in place, catching an incoming attack within the 3 bladed teeth of the tiger fork. If done to a weapon it will be caught and the opponent will need to struggle a bit to pull it out undamaged. If performed on an opponent’s attacking limb they will suffer deep cuts and have said limb momentarily trapped within the teeth of the tiger fork as trying to pull the limb out hastily and carelessly will result in worse damage to the limb.     The user strikes downward and pierces the opponents ankle or knee with the center tooth of the tiger fork simultaneously tensing every muscle in their body culminating in a quick and decisive twist of the wrists, twisting the fork so that the outer prongs grab and lock on the opponents leg causing them to lose their footing and fall to the ground, propelling their face/torso at a blinding speed, straight into the ground (and causing even more damage/cuts to their leg)! Even if the scaled damage of the attack isn't enough to pierce the opponent's joint, their leg will still be caught in the space between the fork's teeth.

    The user crouches down at the last second and braces the bottom end of their weapon against the ground and their back foot while pointing the attacking end of their weapon up 45 degrees from the ground so as to impale an overzealous opponent lunging in quickly. The first part of the technique is a fast dodge to avoid an incoming attack, the second part takes advantage of the target's forward momentum and a quick thrust of the tiger fork, to cause devastating damage to the opponent's midsection.
    —RUBBER DRAGON—Holding the tiger fork in one hand toward the middle of its shaft, Joby pulls his arm back while keeping the fork pointed at his opponent while twisting his arm in on itself, coiling around the shaft of the tiger fork to the point of great tension (similar to katakuri's mochi thrust). Joby releases the tension in his arm, his arm rapidly spins the tiger fork as it is thrusted forward, the power generated stretches the arm forward as it continues to spin as it digs into the target!     For most of his life Freezer was a spoiled 'Prince' of Totto land riding the coat tails of his family's success until he transformed into the cold blooded assassin of Cipher Pol dubbed 'King Cold.' Born into the notorious Charlotte Family, Freezer and his twin brother Cooler are the products of an incestuous relationship between brother and sister. He was raised in Totto Land and lived there until his 21st birthday when he was kicked out for refusing to share his Ice cream with his Grandmother. For his insolence she grabbed him and threw him off the top of the Whole Cake Chateau. Luckily for him a guest from the party caught him before he plummeted to his death.     Freezer is a cold and calculating man. He tends to have a plan for everything. He is also a very dirty fighter who dislikes confrontation preferring guerrilla and psychological warfare tactics. Freezer has an inferiority complex which stems from living in the shadow of his brother, Cooler, who is a natural born prodigy inheriting the strength of his Grandmother and the potential to surpass her one day. Though Freezer didn't inherit his Grandmother's strength he does exhibit many of her other traits. He is a glutton who loves Ice-cream even adopting 'Don't eat my ice cream justice' as his motto. He also has multiple wives of different races. He has a very dark sense of humor and tends to say very offensive things to people
