I'm sure many people will be bored when the flashback is going on, but I'm waiting for that Since it really builds up the story that's to come

Well I actually find the flashbacks amazingly interesting since they always explain a lot and yet are very dramatic and oftenly make my heart ache for the character that receives the problems. Nami's and Robin's pasts were very extreme and dramatic, but it explained a lot about their character and habits. This is the thing with all the pasts and flashbacks that are shown in One Piece. They have a crucial role in the storyline.

I was really shocked that when Fish Tiger finally did a good thing, but got killed afterwards. I really also wonder how that little girl is doing after all what happened to her. Did she learn to hate fishmen or does she still believe in them?

Yea, it adds more to a character and really well too.

I don't know, maybe they show it later in a cover story or maybe never. But I guess she believes fishmen are good not bad since she saw slavery by humans and love by fishmen

Luffy's past arc? With Shanks?

That was important you know It showed you a lot more how close they were and added a lot more to ace's character. Flashbacks aren't always boring yea if you are looking only for action its a bit boring but still its important to the story xD

Yea their timing is right xD In between epic moments to make epic moments even more epic-er with more feeling.

If you see, Nami's flashback added a lot to her, before that we just thought she is a thieving brat. Robin's past added a LOT to her character, we came to know a lot and her reason for always being so mysterious and silent, after that she became a real part of the Straw Hats. Luffy's past with Shanks was epic coz we came to know about Shanks And the part with him Ace and Sabo was also epic, we came to know a lot about Ace, how close they three were and also that Ace had the conquerors Haki (let's not forget that he eventually met Shanks as well!).

So the flasback's add a lot, for Ace Sabo and Luffy's flashback it just made Ace's death even more sad and you could understand what happened to Luffy when ace died (the real emotions). So yea flashbacks play a real important role

And you just feel that the epic moment has to be re-established coz there are barely any fights in flashback but the flashback gives us more insight on what's to come. Most people dislike them since its boring but I find them really interesting it takes you more into the OP world, tells you how it was before and more about all characters and stuff

You can also try watching all episodes together (flashback ones) but maybe it'll be hard without op for a month or two

Haha When I started watching OP at first I disliked flashbacks too then started appreciating them Waiting for the current part to come is is the worst part that makes you dislike flashbacks.

And ah, exams Well you can take out 30 minutes here and there for a episode of op can't you

I did that a lot last year, while eating lunch/dinner watch some anime here and there. I finished Naruto (Not Shippuden) that way xD Only watching it while eating lunch or dinner.

But sleep is already less during exams So that'll be dangerous for him.
